Japan - V.League V1 (Division 1, Women) 2022-2023

  • Saki :box: Lozo

  • Feel kinda bad for Saitama but somebody had to lose that match eventually

  • I don't know if you were able to follow the drama with Wolosz saying Maja was the worst setter years ago but she herself said that they're both the "feeling type" only Maja doesn't give a damn and the spiker has to go with her flow not theirs and that's not Wolosz style. I think that's how it is with aggressive setters in that in their own world when they're on the court they feel things not what spikers tell them to do or something like that. I'm bad at explaining these things :wacko:

    Oh yeah, okay. I get that ... not sure where I would put the Japanese setters on that spectrum but it's useful to think about

    I usually only think about how well a setter plays defense :rolll:

  • Saga is this season's stubborn ex-girlfriend who refuses to accept it's over

    :rolll::rolll::rolll:

  • Rena Mizuslowgi

    Did Toray lose one of their starters?

    yes, I guess , Inoue got injured last night. She's been killing it lately

    Denso is Neriman-less. I've been waiting all year to see southpaw OP Minami Yoshida get some real court time. She's doing well

  • Wait who was Saga's VOM? did anyone see?

  • Tsugumi Fukazawa is making a few good kills at MB

  • Rena, don't tackle the setter :lol:

  • I like this all local Denso squad. They scramble so much better

    A couple exciting full set matches. We're in the "when push comes to shove" point in our proceedings and that's how things turn out

    A little choking in that Denso match, lost the party spirit. I won't names names but her family name rhymes with her sister's

    Seems so long ago but that Kurobe match was exciting too
