Staniszewska is one of the best/complete OHs among her generation of U team, not just among Polish players. She is the go-to player of that Polish Team.
I actually think it's a good choice to join NCAA given how well NCAA keeps producing these complete OHs.

gross
Devyn needs to move back to the middle -
In the last years the amount of transfers increased drastically. It's no longer a matter of selection from high school prospects and their development.
Most of the star players of the last F4 were transfers: Blossom (San Diego), Gray, Buzzerio (Pittsburgh), Fleck, Skinner, Caffey (Texas), Lazaro (Louisville). And I forgot someone for sure.
I heard Texas already transfered Carissa Barnes from Florida Gulf Coast (another very good libero transfert).

part of that is the extra COVID year. We’ll see a bit of a decrease when that’s over (but other transfers will still happen)

Polina Shemanova (OH-Russia) did like an interview thing.... Idk if it was interesting or not... its all in Russian (I think, I didn't check the whole video
)
(if you open on desktop you can have a scroll bar to skip through the interview)
According to the description, sounds like its talking a lot about the transition to the USA/NCAA, what its like, idk lol

No idea if this is the right thread since I have very little clue about NCAA, but I just saw on Volleybox that two players from Dresden's youth academy have joined the team of Syracuse University. Is it a good team? One of the players, setter Mira Ledermüller, won quite a few MVP awards in 2nd league in the last few seasons, so she might be a good talent. I think the other one, libero Greta Schlichter, has been in Youth/Junior NTs but probably it was the generation that didn't really get to play anything due to covid.

They're a team that's going to be rebuilding. They were a good team, but then their coach retired/took forever to hire someone so their whole roster pretty much left.
They play in a good conference (league) though. Former Russian youth NT member Polina Shemanova has been there for the past five years (but she's done now)

Outdoor volleyball here we go
Memorial Stadium has a 90k capacity, so it won't be in the territory of the Maracana. But it'll shatter the NCAA record.
Here's the details
two matches + a concert
Should be televised on VBTV too

I just read that Larissa Brandão, 18-year-old backup opposite from Minas, is joining the NCAA next season.

Likely destination is Texas A&M just based on who she follows on IG. Jamie Morrison will be their coach next season.

That's the guy who coached the Netherlands for a bit, right? Is that a good school?
