Ehhh she's my favourtie OH from our squad but if your offensive OH attacks in the match with 14.3% killing spike and 0.142 efficency (after 2 sets) she should not play lol. It's clear that Lavarini wants to focus mostly on players that played bigger part last year which is fine but if others are in better shape and can help us more why not use them? And let's not overrate Różański's performace last year in NT she was ok, had some good games and some very bad ones but 35.9% killing spike (0.209) in VNL and 36.7% (0.231) in WCH for an offensive OH are not very good stats.

Because VNL games are not a purpose itself, and it's rather preparing a team for OQ while simultaneously fighting for ranking points. Giving Różański a playing time since she was crucial for last year's team is fair as long as the results are under control, Serbia started to play better, so she got subbed out. It's not early June's form that will determine players utility for this whole season. Whether it's a good choice or not itself - I don't know, he's a top coach and I'm watching VNL games on my smartphone, so he may be right after all.
