    Guepard Pornpun was offered to Novara in January. Marchioni (Novara's GM) said they didn't accept her because she wasn't ready for European volleyball...

    IMHO, he was right: she's very good, but maybe she may not fit the European style of play.

    Let's see how she will behave in Romania.

    I fell in love with Pornpun's playstyle last year. I hope she does go to Italy so I can watch her more often. Not necessarily Scandicci, though. Maybe a mid-table team would be a better fit.

    Does anybody know anything about Frantti to THY? I saw some Turkish people talking about it, but I couldn't tell from the translation if it was a joke/wishful thinking or if it was based on anything more concrete.


    If it's true, it would be a great signing for them IMO. Frantti and Bergmann sounds like a very promising OH duo.

    Bergmann is not a bad receiver?


    They are doing fine with orthmann-madi duo this year, so they can do fine with bergmann frantti too.


    They also have şeyma as backup OH with good defense and receiving.

    Bergmann is not a bad passer. She was the serving target during the VNL and held her own very well. Though I can see her struggling a little bit in the beginning of the season due to her inexperience.


    I hope THY can convince Ebrar to come, but, if Kaliningrad really did offer 800.000, I don't blame her for taking it.

    Bergmann is not a bad receiver but neither a good.

    In my opinion they need a more stable receiver next to her.

    I think Cazaute could be a better ophion or they can keep madi .

    Maybe she can play like 2020/2021 season with Zee as a coach

    in Italy there are persistent rumors that in addition to Frantti, Carlini will also return to Turkey., but I don't know her destination.

    Herbots has also been compared to THY, but the indiscretion is prior to that of the possible arrival of the "Brazilian group"...
