She was a very good OH at youth level. Then they made her become a libero due to her heigth (1.72).
Anyway she is a talented player, I hope she can learn a lot from Giulia Leonardi and maybe get the starting position next year.

Ok: I "hate" Scandicci's team, but, after the operation, they showed that they can cure her, make her grow and not absolutely force her in the recovery: with these assumptions, I think the Chinese national team will be able to get her back to the maximum potential she can express and we all hope that this potential is 100%...

I thought that was the practice for the CHN federation (that they keep their players inside China during Olympic year). So i'm surprised Zhu managed to stay out.
i wish they allowed more of their players to play outside of China. LYY is a wasted talent in the Chinese league.

They actually might use her as OPP.
Eczacıbaşı parted ways with Fabris this morning and announced Martyna right after. That's how they do the announcements to replace a player. But that doesn't mean she be OPP all the time. She is very talented, she can earn her spot as OH as well

Eczacıbaşı won't have backup OPP but 4 Ohs that can play as OPP.
sometimes they will use her at that position to give more court time but I don't think their long term plan with Czyrnianska is using her as OPP. I am sure she will have enough court time. This year even yaprak and fabris played a lot.
