No Sarina Koga for today, even on the bench
Any word from the tweetboxer world about why?
We'll just have to take the opportunity to enjoy some Ai Hirota
-
I thought Adams was wearing a hearing aid or an airpod or something, but I guess it's a tattoo on her neck
-
Kurobe Coach is giving Hoshino Sumida a very long leash to try and replace Aimi Takahashi as 2nd OH. She's 0/10 so far tonight with a 25% kill rate on the season
-
Some great digs in that last rally. Too bad Yamada couldn't muscle it over the net
-
NEC could've tried Chinami and the other new OH as well but they are both not in the roster, too bad. Ajcharaporn is 2/17 in attacks and can't kill a ball but they don't have a replacement.
-
4T with 25 points as an Opp today

First thing I looked for was if Runa Tanaka (the other new OH) was dressed. She needs a shot. She may be nursing injury? I guess Hina is beyond consideration. Sad for her. She got a few serves in but coach must not trust her beyond that. I dunno what's up with Ajcharaporn. She at least blocks well. And I think she looks good but when I check her stats I'm always surprised they are below expectations

I wish somebody else got clobbered by 4T, instead of Okayama

I would assume Runa and Chinami are both nursing injuries or in "poor condition" since they both haven't dressed yet this season. I'm not a fan of Hina, based on what I've seen whenever she gets playing time in the off season tournaments. I'd pick all the other NEC OHs over her at this point. She can be an SS/DS though.
I like Ajcharaporn for NEC. She has good vibes in the court and fits well

Derya has the biggest "give up" on a bad set. It's funny. Especially on attempted back attacks. Neither setter has figured her out in that department
-
Did that NEC ball hit the ceiling ? Didn't look like a regular brain fart campfire

Come on Kurobe. I need a feel good. I need a Hitachi
[-] Nothing against SAGA, personally. I just like when bad teams beat good teams
-
Sometimes it seems like a Derya Show but Pimpichaya is out-swinging her 55 -> 48

Nice try Kurobe. SAGA got lucky. Riho Otake went 11/16, 2 Blocks, no errors. How old is she?
No excuse for the Denso/Hitachi losses. I'm mildly pissed
Remember to set your clocks back

Kurobe still looking for their first win.
