I agree, I never understood the point of that. Yuki doesn't do that. Most people obviously watch the games, they know exactly what happened so to explain your shortcomings or dwell excessively on your failures is borderline masochistic
it's good to be conscious of your own shortcomings so you know what areas you need to improve on but when done frequently can be harmful to one's mental health. it's like the opposite of a gratitude journal (my wife is going through this phase right now) and you start to see the statements becoming less about the team and more on the individual blaming themselves.
