they'll be coached by Alex Dunphy, Haley Brightwell (wife of Lauren Bertolacci) and Tori Dixon

Ainu'u is probably the biggest prospect in this group. She's a very good setter. Rautenberg and Real are also both good.

Kari Knotts is notably absent... murmurs are she could be with the senior team this summer. (or its all for naught and she's just with the U17 group lol)

U21 events should be 2007 this year so they're eligible to compete at Worlds next year, right?

nope. NORCECA events are 2006 this summer. USA's roster is weird.

Since U23 overlaps with NCAA the non-NCAA players from this group are going to compete there with the U19 team (Larkin, Incinelli, Livings, Peterson, Kubik, Johnson and Omoruyi)
