Transfer Rumors & Discussion (2024/2025)

  • And they got one of the best local OHs, it’s really valuable

Saliha/Rozanski would be very solid duo, they will defenitely be strong next year and maybe even challenge European spot (BVA/Challenge cup I mean)

Also, if Cazaute to Nillufer is true them Turkish league would really have much more balance with stronger mid level teams to keep the league more competative.

Now imagine if they allowed for 1 more foreigner and how good mid level teams would be if they could be guaranteed to have solid MB instead of gambling on some not so consistent local ones. But Besiktas managed to get whole team to work with 3 spots for next season it seems, like Galatasaray.

No we don't need another foreign spot. We have big enough local pool, there are a lot of youngsters are also establishing themselves by getting a chance to play as starter (if there was another foreigner allowed probably this season's rising stars like Deniz Uyanık or Bengisu Aygün wouldn't have gotten chance to develop and show their potential by playing as starters. There are enough of good level locals in turkey nowadays. Look at Galatasaray's roster with so many good locals, they don't even need 3rd foreigner slot unless they will use it on libero position. Beşiktaş will have good bunch local core as well. Thy already have a lot of good locals. I expect Kuzeyboru also keep some of their good locals (this season they had 4 very good Turkish middles that could have been starter in other teams).

All in all, Turkish league definitely doesn't need increasing foreigner quota thanks to solid local pool. There are already quiet a lot of good locals that can play in mid level teams despite some of good Turkish players like Arelya, Cansu Aydınoğulları, Buket Gulubay, tutku Burcu Yüzgec, Ceyda Aktas etc are playing abroad. What Turkish clubs need is to stop wasting money on bad foreigners like Caric, Mirkovic etc. if every club would invest on 3 good foreigners instead of mediocre ones, they can compliment them with good local players easily

Turkiye and Italy would eventually have to play more with their locals. The american leagues seem to be increasing their salaries next season.

  • Well about Saliha/Rozansky duo, I am not saying definitely not but I found it doubtful. To be honest I do not have much clue about Rozanski's seasonal performance but what I know, she did well in some international matches but sometimes she was down. I like her style and she is strong at attack but what I see that, she is impatient and sometimes careless at attack and a bit shaky at receiving. About Saliha, she was the weakest ring of the chain in NT and once moved to Poland, we heard some good news about her at the beginning of the season but later on it seems that, she did not carry the same performance until the end of the season. As far as I remember, serdar also made some comments about her a while ago. So taking all these into consideration, I guess Beşiktaş needs an additional very good and strong OH, who would be reliable both in defense and attack and then only, the team can do someting.

I am saying the same thing for GS. Even if, they have 2 great OH's İlkin and Lazovic, who are really great at defense and good at attack but still they need another very strong attacker OH like Logan (since she is leaving for LOVB), who can attack very efficiently from everywhere and can be a game changer, when needed.

I know that, it is difficult to reach at Fenerbahçe's level in Sultanlar within a year, since they have a well structured team but within a couple of years, it would be delightful to watch the competion of FB, GS and BJK, if they move on with good transfer strategy. Currently GS have a good pool of locals, who should be shouldered by foreigners, having a very good quality and reputation, in order to increase the spirit, motivation and the value of the team. Same for the rest of mid and low level teams.

About rozanski/Saliha Duo. It could be a solid duo depending on which rozanski will show up. Rozanski had a great NT season but a terrible club season so it was a risky move by Beşiktaş to transfer her. She is normally very shaky at reception but she compensated it with her offense in NT last summer. On the other hand, Saliha had a mediocre season at best, especially at offense. However still her reception was very solid and she was one of the best receiving OHs (if not the best) of Polish league. So I trust that she can cover rozanski well at reception

    Dilay-Orvosova

    Maglio-Bengisu

    Rozanski-Saliha

    Gizem?

This is a very solid team with only 3 foreigners. They just need to find a better libero than gizem who has been very disappointing this season. I think they could get a foreign libero and switch her with maglio at the backrow

Russian and Chinese players (even maybe Japanese ones) will fill the gaps of American players. Turkey and Italy will keep attracting good American players thanks to good salaries and league competitiveness. Biggest hit will be to lower ranked leagues like Germany, Poland, France and Switzerland. Especially Germany and Switzerland heavily rely on freshly graduated Americans players and they don't have good locals.

  • so if Saliha will join Besiktas and they will have Różański, so I wondering where Czyrniańska will end up, because she said to someone that for next season she will stay in Stambul.

  • Or maybe bahçelievler, the newly promoted team of sultanlar ligi

I hope she will find place to regular playing and I`m cross finger for her health

  • Rozanski had really bad season in Bergamo, benched so many time. I wouldn’t be happy for her transfer at all.

LKS are interested in Dani Cechetto

I'm assuming most people on here aren't familiar with her. She's a lefty, hits hard and knows how to angle her attacks. Works well in a fast system. She's also the opposite with the second best attack rate in the league (after Kisy). I quite like her personally.

It's not a done deal and she was also previously linked to Sesc-Flamengo. I think she could do really well under Bernardinho, but playing abroad could also be a good experience for her, so let's see what she'll decide to do.

  • Kunzler to Minas??

I think she can fit really well in Superliga.
