Not much can be done , Cai is immune to criticism... and he's protected by the CVA. I think the Chinese fans should take to the streets and burn his effigies to protest, eventhough I'm a peace loving person

There is massive corruption in Chinese pro sports for years now. Recently head of table tennis was arrested. He tried to get rid of Liu Guoliang. I think something is similarly happening in women's volleyball right now. Men's sports, especially soccer and basketball, players who got money can buy their way to get a roster spot. I think CVA is no different, when women's volleyball brings in the most money in women's sports.

I don’t see this team being a medal contender at the Olympics. After watching the Japan game, this China team is unrecognizable. There is no fire, no communication and it looks like half of them don’t want to be there. ZT doesn’t even want to take a team photo with her team!
Not sure what is going on in the locker room.
Cai Bin can bring all the previous players back but that isn’t going to change anything if they are not well utilized.When ZT was interviewed at the end of the game, the commentator asked what is the strategy moving forward. She said: I don’t know. Ask the coach.
Does he even have a strategy? According to the players, even they don’t know.

If you take the table tennis situation, it took players boycott, public outrage, and a couple of years to arrest the former head. So it's a waiting game. For Cai Bin not to be fired, I think it is safe to say there is high level corruption in the CVA. Even if domestic coaches don't want to take the job due to high pressure, isn't it better to get a foreign coach than sticking with trash Bin? I'm 100% sure a foreign coach will take the job because money is not an issue.

She arrived in Hong Kong and joined the training camp.
Not sure how she can help, maybe improve the team’s blocking, but this aspect needs more time to develop. I was hoping someone like Yang Hao might join. She can look at all aspects of the team’s performance, suggest changes if needed and advice on substitution choices. She helped Zhao Yong in the Universaide last year.

Cai Bin is under pressure...so he’s added some new players, who hopefully can help the team qualify for Paris 24. I have a sneaking suspicion that once we qualify, WYL will make her way back to the team. This is why I hope the whole team...every player, puts in a good performance in week 3, so Cai has no excuse to bring back WYL.

If he doesn't change tactically, then dropping one player will not mean much. After all, volleyball is still a team sport

Also, I'm sorry to sound sarcastic, but I suspect she may be a stand-in for Wang Yunlu... so that if China qualifies for Paris24. Wang can rejoin the team. It may sound absurd but this is how important Wang is to coach Cai Bin

There's still room for improvement in the team's performance. Reception improved but Diao's setting were all over the place and her digging was not much better. However on the bright side, it looks like the team has qualified for Paris 24.

OMG! If WYL gets in to the 🇨🇳🏐NT for Paris Olympics, he should be terminated immediately. It is really obvious, there is some power play behind. She is just unimpressive and hardly makes any difference. She is not an asset instead a liability for 🇨🇳🏐women NT.

Lols , Zhu is still the queen, but LYY is like a warrior princess, she's been the pillar of strength holding up the team almost single handedly in the last 2+ years. She saved coach Cai's ass multiple times
