2024 Women’s Volleyball Nations League

  • what about Smarzek...she is not playing well on this double subs but Bociek is still available for Paris after she was cut after 1st tournament?

  • I can’t with people saying Czyrna won’t go to Paris because she didn’t play in turkish league… It’s like saying Bosko will not go because she is not playing VNL

today she is 11/13 so far…

  • Wenerska and Smarzek in 3 set

its not the same situation. Boskovic doesnt playing because she had different way to prepare for OG. Czyrniańska wasnt healthy in club and to 2nd tournament in VNL also had problems. Thanks God she back to great shape:drink:

I think Smarzek is still a smarter choice. Smarzek has 49% killing spike this VNL with 33% efficiency (+2 blocks) while Gałkowska stats in week 1 were 41% killing spike and 19% efficiency (+5 blocks). Also if Stysiak would be injured we could actually play with her and still be competitive.

    I hope so :)

  • ok now Malwina starts to play

  • Czyrnianska with 81% in attack in the third set :white: this is Why we need her healthy

  • Finally Smarzek goes up with her good game. I cross my fingers for her to go to Paris

  • I have the feeling my week was much more stressful and troublesome compared to the girls' one... :rolll: Jokes aside, if the game against South Korea felt a bit like a training, the performance against Canada looked much more trustworthy about our situation right now. That's why I was looking forward for today, it was the perfect test for the work done so far.

I must say Velasco is doing his best in trying to drain every single drop of strength from this group. USA is always a tough opponent and maybe they're hiding themselves a little bit right now, but we played good today. Very few mistakes, good defence, serving worked, so even a grumpy, unsatisfiable like me can't complain too much. I mean, when even a girl like Degradi gives the impression of stability, you just have to keep doing the things that got you to this level.
