The 2008rs/U16 2024 are perhaps the tallest yet to emerge. Hikari Kudo is already 180/181 but as expected her attacks are so ungraceful.
Hikari Kudo is at 178cm in records and it seems right as she's slightly shorter than Chuganji and Baba. She's one of my players to watch since compared to the other players, she's the one who has shown real growth in attacking. She's the supporting player of U16 and U18 with Baba/Chuganji then she became the lead scorer for U17 and improved so much especially in her OOS. She's still 1st year high school so hoping to see more growth.

It's the first time she's tagged as 190cm in the records. Kono is at 188cm iirc when she played U16. Yuzuki Baba is even better than her in sets she played as MB. One of those likely included because of their height and future potential but skills-wise, not yet there. Then she was missing in the U18 or U17 roster when their U16 batchmates played, so we don't usually post about her. Glad that she's back in the roster and hoping she eventually improves as she's still young anyway (1st year in HS).

Rin Honda needs to be the new face of the NT. She's good at her job, she's attractive, has a cool name, and she can actually speak. She's my everything
I guess we aren't getting news of the women's new HC this year. Either JVA received new proposals post-Paris and are still negotiating or Yoshihara dropped out. I'm leaning towards the first.
There isn't much interest in the women's team outside of Mayu and even with Mayu the interest isn't that high to begin with. The women's team needs to be reborn and revitalized.

I agree with Selinger but the Gunma coach is not very good at assessing her players. I wouldn't let her anywhere near the NT until she improves her own team's level regardless of her history in the NT

From what I've read, Zetterlund was already one of the best league setters before Selinger was appointed at Orange Attackers. Unlike with Saito who went from bad to NT material thanks to Selinger.
