Terzić gave interview today after he was announced. In short:
-We will see more or less the same coaching staff as the last year he was coach.
-He would first need to see what older players will accept the invite so he can’t talk in advance about what team will look like.
-He still thinks it’s crazy how VNL holds so much value in terms of world ranking when it is just overcommercionalized tournament in his opinion-We will take WCH25 more seriously and it will be pripritized over VNL, however he can’t deny the audience VNL gets each year and we will be competative there also especially cause one week will be in Belgrade.
-There were some young players that showed great level in last 3 years in his opinion and he is already familiar with them from training sessions eventhough they never made a cut for senior team before
(I think he means Uzelac and Kurtagic before anyone else cause they were training with senior team even when he was a coach. Ivanovic, Tica and Osmajic already debuted with NT this summer and he is familiar with them as well. Last summer he said he was impressed with Ivanovic and he knows Tica from Russian league where her performance amazing so far)
-We will see old team with some new players, new energy, motivation and goals.

Let it be some fresh new ones or at least those proven in our league. Knowing Terzic and ossrb I shouldn’t expect much, but at least someone is willing to get involved.

He did it in the past, but if you remember in 2022 federation changed all 4 coaches when Terzic left. Now Terzic will just restore some of the staff.
