I watched couple of games and FB looked solid, THY needs better OPP, and most surprising VB looked very disorganized and weak. I thought they had a good preparation for the league. They went to Italy, and I didn’t watch but I read they had some what decent showing there. So, I hope they can get their act together fast. Overall, I liked what I saw, even Aras Cargo was fighting and showing some decent play.

VB will look a bit better when Frantti returns. She was a good player for them last season. Not Gabi, but definitely serviceable.

Against Chieri they played Bosetti + Derya/Markova. I think Guidetti needs to realize that they need Cate as a starter because neither Derya, Markova, Frantti nor Ayca are good passers.

but according to the stats she only got blocked twice but made no attack errors? Or she made additional 2 and they didn't count them? I didn't watch the game so idk. But still, as you said, either way is impressive.

I totally agree. In her first season at Fener she really played at a very high level and showed that she can be an option for good or even top teams (not first, but they certainly could be). Unfortunately, her second season, in which she performed poorly, overshadowed her first, mainly because people tend to remember her most recent performances and because we have a small sample of her performaces in the top leagues.

I am sorry to say this, but Brakovic has nothing to offer as a player. She's the weakest link in Besiktas and without OPP it will be difficult to achieve something remarkable. It would be better if Taubner was their player. She's solid.

she scored 13 points with %54 14/26, Turkish league is a good place for players like her.
She can regain her confidence and get in shape by getting good amount of balls against teams from different levels.
