I won’t question why coach left Plummer in the game despite a terrible performance, but I don't understand why he didn’t try to substitute Elif for Naz, just to see what would happen then.
Regarding the situation why Eczacıbaşı struggled to win the set, at the end of set there is immense pressure on both Elif and Bošković. If Elif sets the ball to Yaprak or Plummer and they make a mistake or get blocked, people will naturally question why she didn’t set it to Tijana. Therefore, everyone knows the ball will go to Tijana as their best attacker, which means the block will be ready for her. This creates further pressure on Bošković and that's probably why she makes so many mistakes in crucial moments.

Plummer worked in Imoco just because She had amazing players around her to clean up her mess that She creates. Yes She did have nice matches but She was the main reason when Imoco had bad moments. Her blocking and serves are on high level but reception, attack and defence below average.
This is not the case in Ecz, you can’t compare anyone in Ecz with De Gennaro, Robinson and Wolosz.
I’m not surprised at all, I told you She will have bad season. She is not for this level. Especially if you expect from her to carry Eczacibasi…

Maybe so she can be lined up with setter as she is smaller player, to have more chances of not being blocked.

It's pretty common for fast players being able to compensate the bad located or OOS sets just because of their fast steps. This is a fact. If they didn't teach you this while going to volleyball school, I can totally get why Turkey imports any average italian trainer instead of investing on a local one.
It has nothing to do with Plummer or Yaprak.
And I wasn't praising anyone. Believe what you want. I'm not happy with Plummer's current level as well. She’s still far from her best. But I'm also sure Eczacibasi has no clue how to make her play her top game. Gennari for example didn't have great passing stats last season, but at least she was able to give her a break from receiving 40 services any game. This is where Eczacibasi is totally lacking this season. There is no one actually able to do that job. Hande goes on court and gets aced multiple times. Gray...

You had your drama, be happy about it and move on. Stop acting like Crovolley.
I was talking about bad located OOS sets. Unless you know nothing about volleyball, I'm pretty confident you may know short and light players have easier life to adjust their steps on bad located sets than 2 m tall players. Expecially when the set is like 1m shorter or longer while on the side of the player, instead of ahead.
They can't run the middles at all and most of the sets for OHs are OOS. Plummer is loaded quite a lot OOS and it makes her game hit or miss; make her spike more in system and her stats would look better. Same goes for Yaprak, but she is an undersize and fast player, so she can have easier approach to compensate the bad sets.
A lot of OOS are not very well located. They are wasting a lot of chances with bad setting.
The first rule I will write if I will be admin again, will be about users commenting other users and its consequences.

We have this kind of rule in other forums and there is peace and respect among the users.
