    What's bad about mental state though? That's why it's hard to talk about anything "mental" because people take it negatively.

    We can say an athlete isn't in a good head space sometimes and that's okay. That should not be a blight to them as a person. We should be able to talk about it and not make it like it is the plague or something.

    And so what if she's an introvert as well? I also feel like she is. She's just confident in speaking so she seems extroverted.

    Anyway, they're great athletes no matter what their personalities are.

    Yes i know what the definition of introvert is. I am one. I dont spout what I dont know.


    And you saying she is not an introvert based on interviews where she is required to speak is not a good basis. Being an introvert does not mean you are quiet and submissive. The fact that she remains stoic when she plays and displays minimal reactions is a sign which is not a bad thing at all. Also, overthinking is often associated with introversion. However, introverts can be hyper and interactive when they are with people they are comfortable with.

    Interview situations are actually opposite of what you are saying, you are in front of camera, someone you don't know is asking you questions. It is not an introvert behavior at all. Not because being introvert is a bad thing, but your judgement based on her performance or attitude on court is weird. Anyways it is becoming off topic

    Hot take but Arina F is actually really overrated player. She is the best server right now in the World but from that what has she offer to be claimed as top OH in the World ?! She is not in top 5 for sure, her defence skills are below average especially her reception. She is strong attacker but She had many matches where She didn’t showed up. Especially when it matter.

    Don’t get me wrong, like always. She is very young, She has amazing future in front of her but still there is many better and more complete players than her. Especially at OH position. She is in top 15 best OHs in the World but far from the best. For me Markova is already better than her.


    Right now for Fener I would bring Meliha over her. Attack is NOT only thing important in volleyballl !!!!!! Fener perform better with Meliha - Ana duo than with Arina - Ana duo. Now lets gooo attack mee :lol:
