There is foreigner rule in France, 1 french player on court at least. And Volero few time played only with foreigners on court and they were not legally punished, only financial penalty.
And the penalty was a joke - something like 500 Euro if I remember correctly.
Omg that penalty thing that Velero did was sooooo iconic. One of the funniest thing that happened in volleyball for me ( of course nothing will top Rahimova going back to Pomi after running from there few seasons earlier because town smelled like shit <33333 )

On the otheer hand , game between Paris and Nancy was pretty fun to watch . A big fight , less mystakes , suspens . what wwill happen saturday ? hard to answer

The coaching for me wasnt weird it was bad, if Nantes had its challenges available in the third set, they might have actually won it. Also, a big difference is the setters, respaut is more consistent than powell. Also, in the first game their reception was pretty good, while yesterday wasnt.
Paris and Nantes will play in the finals again.
Nancy had a match point in set 4 today but couldnt convert.
