Yes, in short: Stuttgart made too many unforced errors, namely 29 compared to 19 by Dresden.

9 players leave Stuttgart. Can someone read the article?

From Stuttgarts official website: "the roaster is complete" - but without naming them yet.

Can't read it but according to the transfer rumours the 9 players should be Rivers, Segura, Koskelo, Knollema, Robinson, Bozic, Reesink, Morrissette, and Veltman
-
Aachen signs 18 year old OPP Hanna Freiynfeldova from Schwerin's 2nd league team for next season.

That's the list. The paper says Knollema goes to Firenze ("Florenz", I assume that means back to Firenze, not scandicci)

After their last home match of their 2 BL Pro season, Flacht has said goodbye to a few players leaving the club. More relevant for this topic are the players not mentioned, so I guess these will stay to play in BL next year:
S
Saskia Lenk
Julia Teso (D/Lux double citizenship?, setting for Lux NT)
Opp
Frauke Neuhaus (played for Schwerin 21-23 and other BL teams)
OH
Julia Cedeño (b. Wenzel, played for Straubing, Wiesbaden, Neuwied)
Leonie Büdenbender (? had to deal with injuries, did not play much last two seasons)
Sara Marjanovic
Hanne Binkau
MB
Britta Schammer
Julia Schneider
L
Alina Stäbler
The most noticable player by far is Neuhaus. I hope they will add some strength to the team, otherwise a lot of their games will be over real quick.
-
Leana Grozer renewed her contract with Schwerin
I'm pretty sure she already got plenty of offers from abroad, but I think it's good to stay at least one more year in the rather protected atmosphere of Schwerin to develop further before taking the next step.

Yes, Julie Teso is both officially German and Luxemburg inhabitant.
And no: it looks like Flacht will have no major reinforcements, they are likely to be the weakest team in first league next season. Hamburg will have more money and get stronger and Borken intended for years to join first league.

Schwerin wins the first final match 3:0, but in tight sets (23, 24, 22). MVP Grozer 16 pts (52%) and Dambrink 16 pts (54%) were too strong for Dresden today, but maybe they can get a better result at home on Wednesday. Only 3rd match next Saturday will be on free TV

Hölzig was subbed out at the beginning of set two. Did she got injured?

Hölzig was subbed out at the beginning of set two. Did she got injured?
She returned at the end of 3rd set, so I don't think anything happened. I had the same thought though when I saw it in the live score...
EDIT Schwerin's match report says Hölzig asked to be subbed out after a bad movement in defense
but obviously nothing serious eventually, surely they wouldn't have let her back in later if it was anything to worry about.
-
I was in the hall. She was sitting on the bench after her substitution and looked a bit dejected. But later I didn't get the feeling that anything was wrong.

Some fun facts about the current finals: Schwerin took a third league star with their last championship win in 2018, which made a total of 12. So it is this single title, which matters for them, to earn a fourth star they have to win another six (!) titles (sum 18). This is totally different for Dresden: they have now six, with a seventh win (last was 2021) they would earn a second league star, being the only one behind Schwerin so. Comparison: each one star have Münster (5 titles) and Stuttgart (four titles) and that's all, for example Rote Raben Vilsbiburg failed to win a third time the championship to get one.
The legend of Krystal Rivers is now complete: effectively she is unbeaten in Europe national championsships, won in France with Béziers (as first title for them) and four times with Stuttgart (the four and only titles) - the two losses of championship for Stuttgart happened, when Rivers couldn't play anymore for health reasons, 2021 after leading 2:1 in the final series Rivers couldn't continue, 2:3 loss, and now in the decider Rivers couldn't play again and Stuttgart lost that one too. And indeed, it will be anything but easy for Stuttgart to win another championship without her.
