I don't know if you are mean but you are definitely unjust and hypocritical Sisko what you say and what you do are totally two different things. You asked us to report people when they break the rules instead of replying them in the same way. When Madden called us silly haters, I complained about him instead of replying to him. But what the hell did you do? Instead of warning him, you mocked that you won't run a police state🤦 and you banned me right away when I replied him in the same way (dumbass is not any different than silly in that context, check the dictionary) you can't be so forgiving when it comes to someone and ban another for the same action. You are picking sides. That's why people call you racist or discriminating. Your actions are not consistent.

Your approach to ban/warn people is very double faced, inconsistent and arbitrary. That's why, after 17 years, I won't be active here anymore. Until there's a mod who is consistent and impartial with his actions. You are definitely not cut for this role.

He is also free to think that Vargas doesn't deserve MVP awards. Honestly, if you find these comments provocative then there's really no hope. It would be like if Polish users were reporting you for being provocative last week when you said Werblinska didn't have a great club career because she didn't leave Poland. It's an opinion. People might disagree or think you're biased against the Polish league but it's a perfectly reasonable opinion to hold.

Of course, I'm terrible at the role. Matthias was also awful. We tried to recruit more but sadly for you, myself and Matthias were the only ones who wanted to do it. I wonder why nobody was willing. We get paid a great salary and have lots of fun being accused of bias and even racism whenever we try to moderate anything.

The place you draw the line is very vague. If I mention Boskovic is naturalized or she didn't deserve the awards she got, this place would be a warzone because of Serbian radicals and I would be most likely called provocative instead of 'he is free to think' approach. I hope you would be consistent in the future while you are warning or not warning people for being provocative. By the way, your example is very far fetched and not the same thing what Madden said. What I said is indeed a compliment to werblinska since I said she had the potential to play in top clubs. And she didn't play any of them, which is a fact, not an opinion 🤷 if I would have said, Boskovic won all the Cev awards because Cev president is Serbian, this could be comparable to what Madden said and I am sure it would be considered as 'provocative' by them.

Tbh the forum has very bad vibes, but I do prefer Sisko over Matthias personally, at least Sisko is listening and I don't feel like he tries to be biased. With Matthias I feel immediate bias and I feel that he would literally just prefer to ban Turks 💀 (which he admitted later)

I also agree with Serdar and everyone else that the forum is becoming increasingly unwelcoming for Turkish users, even after the VNL finale there were tons of negative posts about Turkiye, despite the team being eliminated in QF. I agree about Madden, he is truly obsessive and rude. This person is obsessed with Turkish users as well and Serbia beating Turkey, I'm also pretty sure he made those fake accounts to make Turkish users look bad. I think he should get a ban or warning if Serdar did too because they were always back and forth, I do understand Sisko trying to start fresh and that what Serdar said was worse. And this happened indeed to Brazillian users in the past as well and many left or became inactive, since the forum had a Brazillian mod it has improved but not a huge rise in users.

I think one of the main issues between Turkish and Serbian users was when Janko became a mod and there wasn't a Turkish mod to counter it and there was a clear power shift between the users, especially when Matthias also sided against Turkish users where he should be neutral. Both Serbians and Turks became more in conflict but Turks generally being silenced more often. I believe this was kinda a catalyst of the forum falling and Turkish users feeling ostracized and frustrated. The mod choices weren't all proper, you can't have Turkey as your largest demographic but with the only large group without representation.

I'm not saying it should have been one of us, I think myself, Serdar, mete, justbegoodtome etc. are more biased but Meatballs  denzz etc. would have been good choices. The problem is that Idk how many of them are/were interested in such a role either. But I think it would have been best in such case to not ONLY have a Serbian mod if that makes sense, probably would have been better to have one of the Philippino/Indonesian/Thai/Chinese members as a mod in said case because having Serbian/partial dominance during Serbo-Turkish conflicts (🤣) was just always going to be set up for failure. Btw this is no hate to Janko, which I liked as a person, I'm just explaining what I think went wrong besides trolling of some members.

I am down for this today, I know that not everyone is a fan of me and I get that, but I think I'm literally the most consistently active user I think the last 10 years and also in Asian and world volleyball. If Sisko agrees I'd be down for it. I don't even plan to do much banning or warning in that case, but it would be good to neutralize the power dynamic I think and people feeling free to insult or make remarks about Turks without return would minimize.

And I'm not half as biased for Turks as people think. I am not even Turkish ethnic but I am a Turkish vb fan and definitely have parental ties to the country so, I think I can represent them.
