Personally, I'm more afraid of Poland and Germany than of the current USA. It's much harder for us under Velasco to play against Germany than it was against the USA.

It's not even clear yet, if Lina Alsmeier can play for Germany in Thailand. Without a strong opposite we depend very much both on Hanna Orthmann and Lina Alsmeier in attack (aside from the strong middles).

there won't be any investigation into nguyen until something is clearly not right. fivb is slow like that so unless vietnam manages to beat poland with nguyen scoring 60 pts then you know what's up

This is the best possible squad in the current situation after the injuries to Degradi and Nwalakor. I believe in Nervini's continued development and Omoryui's finally hitting his form in NT. The rest need to play their her game and avoid injuries. This is probably our last chance to win something big before Moki leaves.
