    tbf Netherlands wants to host everything every year:lol: not that I'm complaining since it's easier for me to get there and they have top notch organizers.

    Serbia is long due so hopefully they do get to host it after doing well this year. FIVB should not consider Thailand again until they can actually prove that they will provide every NT with good facilities. No one's asking for luxury but obviously it has to meet the standards. Why can't they do that much when in the Philippines they always house the men's teams in the best possible facilities with spas and everything.

    They also didn't take into consideration that in Asia it's rainy season from July - Oct and they chose the worst possible timing and the worst venues. The tension between Cambodia and Thailand isn't even over yet but in the name of Gabi's 13,000 Thai fans they just had to do it in Thailand smfh

    I don't understand VBW's obsession with fans? they highlight fans in USA when majority of the games as we all saw were empty lol like okay everyone knows there's no fever going on there. It's more important for them to show the screaming fans than do something about the situation of the athletes there. Worst WCH host ever

    Why Netherlands, they hosted 2022, plus they have U22 ECH 2026

    I do really hope that the next host will be in the western hemisphere. It is about time.

    Something I noticed while watching the highlights of Italy vs. Slovakia was that the VBW commentator completely ignored the diacritical marks on the Slovakian players' names. As the official rights holder, Volleyball World should ensure that its commentators familiarize themselves with the correct pronunciation of the players' names.

    I didn't exclude any. Just said mainly Istanbul. For example Göztepe from İzmir will play this year, in Atatürk Voleybol Salonu Vestel Spor Kompleksi which was renewed in 2012 with full capacity of 5500, hosted several international games but not only that, a new area (33 acres) reserved for them for all olympic branches (volleyball/basketball/handball/pools etc) at İnciraltı region (İzmir). All these attempts are influencing other teams as well, who has budget and and/or targeting long term success in those areas...
