Ebrar is extra motivated today

I think Japan's luck in SF is that they can actually maintain their level during a match, maybe even improve throughout. That should give comfort
-
Chiaka is the only redeemable factor for USA today
-
That running set to Ogbogu was so ugly and that open leg jump lol
I can't blame SKT for this. It's not her fault she jumped all stage and found herlself playing a WCH. She has zero experience at NT level, not even a Panamerican Cup. Also she usually plays much better than this. It's pretty clear she struggles with her nerves right now.
-
Finally there’s one good set to Ogbogu near the end of the 4th set…
-
Jeez, what a pathetic defense of a tip
-
SKT cant even dig

I think they were also just lucky to be on the left side of the match-up and don’t need to face Italy/Pol/Bra. and knowing japan, if they had to do 2 consecutive 5 setters in knockout, they’d probably crumble at the 3rd game
-
What an ugly game…
-
That was such a messy match, the ending was kind of entertaining at least
-
that game was like a dirty dog fight!
-
So, will Erik Sullivan be finally fired?
-
I remember when usa was a well oiled machine spexially in defense, their defense was even better than japan...they never let tipping balls to hit the floor
Today turkey win that way
-
If Samedy wouldnt serve extra at Set 2, the game could be very one sided. This US Group has to work a lot for LA28.
-
Franklin was kind of the best player for USA today on court and that's saying something cause I thought she was pretty bad. Delete the whole team.
-
It's interesting how things have shifted. Not long ago, Serbia, USA and China have been medal contenders in such tournaments and now none of them is in semifinal, two of them not even in top 8

-
So, will Erik Sullivan be finally fired?
They will not, they reach expectations for this year
-
I was hoping for a fifth set just for entertainment but it's a well-deserved win for Turkiye. Karakurt peaked in the right match. Congrats to all the fans!
