What a match. Happy for Gabi to grab a medal she definitely deserves even though my heart was with Japan.
Yoshino being the top scorer in this match after a disappointing performance yesterday worths a million of applause. Hope she will be a lot of mature after the valuable experience this summer, Japan needs her.
OTOH it’s such a pity that Wada completely disappeared since set 4. Only if she can helped a tiny little bit in the tb, with the hot hands of Yoshino, Japan could have won the match… -

The bronze should be devided for both teams. What a match and a lesson to those, criticizing/harshing and underestimating several teams (particularly Japan) and several players across all teams. Too many ups and downs in several moments.
Thanks to both teams for this exciting and entertaining match and reaching up to here and congrats to Brazil for winning the bronze.

I think it’s a nice bonus for the audience. They’ve seen this match and it’s nice to also have the ceremony and not after the gold medal match when that audience hasn’t seen this match.

It was one of these games where you truly push for a double bronze medal, because both teams deserved to be on the podium. Massive congratulations to both Brazil and Japan.
