2025 FIVB Women's World Championship

  • Omg another tie break :cheesy::cheesy::cheesy:

    Hard to say who win:box:

Im afraid its Italys turn now to play better

  • Looks like when Turkiye takes the set they take it conformably, whereas Italy has to work hard because Turkiye keeps their error very low.

and Turkey had chances in all sets

  • Can't they just play Antropova on MB for the block and let her attack with a slide :rolll: I am supporting Italy but their lack of MB involvement is unacceptable lol, injuries or not

Sara is a a shadow of herself. I understand she is injuried, it is obvious and Santarelli pointed it out, only Orge is "following" her. We all know there is an universe of difference between the starters MBs and the bench, but Sara is not blocking (she arrives to late to the block) and not a factor in attack at all. But the 3rd MB lacks of experience. Velasco could have tried one of them during the second set, but not even that. I highly doubt Fahr will be subbed during the tie-break.

Danesi is a bit more involved, but subpar so far.

  • the energy seems low in Italy

  • Turkiye will win this, especially when Eda keeps being involved as second attacking option and Vargas is just unstoppable. Only hope for Italy is forcing errors and out-working Turkiye but they just lack an extra attacking option besides Egonu and Sylla

  • and Turkey had chances in all sets

Yet, some people get mad when ppl say Turkiye played better overall lol. It's just the truth, just look at the total points chart. This all doesn't matter anyway, it's about who can get that final championship winning point and we will see who that could be, the tables are even.

  • Painful to say but Sylla is actually keeping italy alive

Tbh I'm not a big Danesi fan in general, she has her moments but today it's not it. I wish he tried Akrari in that second set, she might be a class below Fahr but at least she would be a fresh face and who knows - she could play the game of her life :cheesy:

  • Antropova blocked Ebrar!

  • Vargas as the best Opp for sure
