She played above her standards not because she did something better than in previous matches but because Centka sucks in block. She was stopped only when Gryka was at the net. -
Italy will definitely go to the 3rd week with the most strongest line-up, as Velasco has already said. Turkey probably will too, so Serbia has 2 key games to win: with Belgium and the Czech Republic. Maybe even 1 win for 3 points and, let's say, 2 losses x 2-3 will be enough. I don`t know but I think that if they don't win these 2 key games, they don't deserve to stay.

Everyone played more relaxed today cause they knew they were underdogs and had nothing to lose.
Bukilic played like this only against Russia in friendly before VNL and you can’t say Russian MBs are bad.

not really. Terrible as they have been they wouldn’t lose to Czechia next week with Boskovic and Uzelac. It’s not like they are getting swept out of the gym every game. It’s that they literally score 6 points from the right side a game in 5 sets and so a 20 year old who’s making her real Senior team first starts has to carry the scoring load completely alone OOS lol. Yesterday bukilic played well and contributed as much as any good Opp (44% attack with 18 points, as best scorer of her team is pretty good indeed) also Perovic was starter in last two games, so what's next excuse?
