The imprecisions of Orro and Cambi are tragic. Almost every ball to pos.2 is too far from the net and the sets to pos.4 are unstable as well.

We almost lost a set against this US team, and that wasn't a good thing...
It was a match that needed to be wrapped up quickly...
But we won 3-0 even playing terribly: I really don't know if that's a good or a bad thing...

I am not sure if Orro is aware, but with this lack of precision Fenerbahce’s fans will crucify her. She was horrible.

Franklin literally used every opportunities to lose a point whenever she had chances to contact the ball, no matter in attack, block or defense. No wonder Scamdicci signed her, both are such a mess lol

Do italian fans/players care about VNL

Egonu was so clutch in moments that really mattered. But Italy needs to clean up their errors if they want to go to the finals. Orro was awful today - she couldn’t set to any pins - but Cambi wasn’t much better. Sylla was a hot mess. Moki and the mids (with special mention to Antropova) were super reliable and clean.
For the US side, block was nearly non-existent. Franklin is very unstable but has a lot of potential. The pipe is the most effective attack for the US, Skinner hits just as hard from behind the 3m. Lexi Rodriguez was incredible and living up to her tik tok stardom. Missing for US is an opp who can stay above 50% and deliver in clutch moments. Without this, US will never win trophies…

they don’t get rattled during chaotic plays.
I knew they would beat USA even if the latter is leading. USA’s level is not high enough.

I'm so proud of Egonu, I remember people saying she wouldn't be able to handle sharing the court with Antropova ''being the diva she is''. And would eventually be cut because of her attitude, but I see the complete opposite. She is all smiles and positive vibes and cheers her teammates on, doesn't seem to complain at all or let anything get to her head, she matured so much in the recent years. She seems to focus more on placement vs power these days and might be slightly less explosive but still shows up when it matters. Also kudos to Antropova, she also takes it very well and is a very good sub for Italy.
