Japan Women's NT 2025

  • She's definitely registered as an official trainee and can participate in any friendly matches held in Japan

She's not allowed to travel with the team obviously

But trainees are not allowed to participate in friendly matches against other nts only intrasquad matches, usquad or against a local team from what I understand. I can't remember where I read about it tho

  • Ferhat can only look on with envy at the this U21 Coach is getting

  • Uchizawa is so good, and so much fun to watch! :dance6:

yeah, needs to work on her "setting" a bit from time to time but she's a scrambler

  • Miina now has more points than Uemura . That's weird. Uemura was killing it early on

  • It's U21 and opponents are opponents but this U21 squad is a well-oiled, confident little Japanese team. More stable than the B-Team, imo

  • Only watched set 3 but I love watching Uemura. She's registered at 168cm on Volleybox, is that still accurate? if so she's packing a lot of power for an undersized queen

Also this amount of MB play is the fastest way to my heart

Uemura is on JVA site at 167cm  She packs a wallop

This setter, Hanaoka, who just signed with Toray is 175cm. Huge! I'm loving her distribution

  • Fukamura 11

    Omori 11

    Inoue 10

    Uemura 10

    Ito/Yanagi 10

    That's some cool shit

  • It'll be tough to beat yours team, If we beat Brazil tomorrow of course. Adigwe needs to be at 100% form, but even silver would be good.

    who's "we" :)

  • The U21 replays on the youtube don't have all the stopping and starting and buffering VBW baked into their replays :white: I don't know what it was like live because I watched the VBW stream so I could tune out that awful commentator and just listen to arena sound. Thank you VBW for that option if you are going to hire non-professionals who talk softly and then scream

  • So Wada is in "poor condition" :( I wonder what that means and is gonna mean for WCh

  • Just read on one of my NoSmiler blogs that they changed the start time of the U21 SF matches at the last minute. Bastards!

Missed the Japan match but no big deal. Got up at 5:00am and watched the replay. Didn't bother me (too much) that I knew Japan won. Still fun to watch and I really enjoy the guy that commentator'd it

I will be pissed if I get up at 5:00am tomorrow and the Final is already over X(

You simply go on YouTube and see that, for example, the Italy-Brazil match was 90 minutes long, then after the first set you know who won (in that time only 3 sets can be played), so you don't even need to know the result before.
