Nice little 7/10 %71, 37% positive 16% perfect reception for Nilsu Şen (2004,179cm) after Sara Lozo went 0/10. She could be more useful if she could improve her serve-defence.

She would need to change federation. It’s not only about acquiring citizenship but which volleyball federation you belong to that counts whether you are foreigner or local in the league. I guess she could do that, it’s not like Turkey needs her in NT but also not like she has much chance of playing in top14 in Serbian team anymore (I hope I’m wrong)

She cannot change federations, even if she acquires Turkish citizenship...
FIVB rules (effective from 2023) do not allow any athlete who has played for a nation's senior national team to change federations...
