The system with one offensive and one defensive OH can work when both are generally good overall without big issues. On the other hand when the defensive OH can not kill a ball to save her life it can not work. Seyma is an unacceptable attacker that can barely jump. Her experience and her contribution on the backrow is important but only as a sub. As a starter she could definitely limit Zeren's can do.
Saliha is not too good in anything but also she is no bad at all. Tugba good fit better in team but it is not that Saliha is 30 years old. Everytime I see her play she gives me the impression of someone that can still improve a lot of aspects of her game.
I’ve also been waiting for years to see real progress from Saliha, Derya, and Tuğba — but honestly, I haven’t seen much improvement. Meanwhile, Yaprak has gone from being the fourth option at her club to becoming a starting player for the national team in just one year.
Saliha just isn’t the right fit for Zeren’s ambitions — it’s as simple as that.

I agree with you but what other choice do they have. The foreign rule forces them to make such choices and they have to continue like this.

Ecz seems weird wirt all new players on court but in attack also it seems totally diverse, with same level of efficency. There is not top4 opposite but they have like 3 4 top level attacking options.
