Italy - Serie A1 2025/26

  • This is the comment I responded to. It was literally rebutting that Italy was NOT a country known to be against "diversity" because they have black athletes (and an Argentinian for some reason) in the NT. So yes, the commenter was literally ignoring those things. Maybe read what I wrote and in response to what, before you start ranting. I don't care if you believe Malual, nor what you call me in threads, you don't know me .

    What is your fucking problem?

My comment was a counter to ValeFoppa saying that Italy is against diversity when that's not true at all. I never said racism doesn't exist. Work on your reading comprehension

  • It was a nice run for San Giovanni they did well for a team with a very limited roster:heart: glad they're finally safe from relegation

Do you have a different table than I do or has something changed with the relegation rules? As far as I know, they're not yet definitively safe from relegation. It's highly unlikely that Cuneo, Monviso, and Macerata will overtake them, but mathematically, with two games remaining, it's still possible.

  • If I have to sum this day up, it would say Any Given Wednesday. So many unexpected results, so many games were much closer than one could've imagined and a lot of things are still open. Crazy.

Let's start from Cuneo, who blew a 1-0 lead and a set point at 24-21 in the second en route to a devastating 1-3 loss. It was like they switched off and gifted Bergamo three points. The visitors looked a bit light without Cesé, but Bolzonetti was super smart and bold in her attacking choices and these M&M (a.k.a. as Manfredini and Meli) are so tasty.

A win for pride by Perugia, who took advantage of the dismal version of UYBA and ended a very long streak of defeats. The hosts had five players on double digits, among them there was Fiesoli, who had a good contribution off the bench a surely did her bit in steering back the momentum in Perugia's favour. On the other hand the visitors looked tired, drained and missed the usual contribution from the bench. Parra did try to keep her team alive, but at this point of the season she's simply alone in the middle of nowhere.

San Giovanni in Marignano visiting Milano clearly showed how impactful is having set your mind free. The visitors were coming off a run that basically meant survival and enjoyed playing and keeping up most of the match against a nervy Milano. Glimpses of what Pietrini could've been and a very good contribution by Kurtagić on offence helped Egonu in avoiding the hosts much bigger problems, considering they struggled to take measures of Edinara Brancher and didn't slow Kochurina that much.

Monviso decided to show their Madonna version and said to the league "I guess I die another day". Bridi played in the middle every time she had the opportunity to do so, feeding like crazy a red hot Dodson, but was smart in keeping the laterals on rythm, finding a super consistent Kindermann. Akrari was horrible at serving, but her blocking was precious. In possibly the worst game of their season, maybe even worse of the one against Milano, Chieri struggled in turning up their fast tempo offence, with a subpar passing and missing the contribution from Nervini.

Vallefoglia was unable to replicate the Coppa Italia quartefinal match against Scandicci, missing some contribution from their laterals, Omoruyi above all, but the visitors enjoyed the nice game by Franklin, who filled Skinner's shoes just great and assisted Antropova at her best.

Macerata wanted to join the club of teams who played the longest sets of the season and made Novara fight hard to snatch that second set. Lionetti made some changes and started Ornoch, but they needed something more from their veterans like Decortes. Since Ishikawa has come back as a starter, the team looked a different one and it's showing, especially in a day where Tolok looked normal.

  • HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE HER WITHOUT ANY PROOF OF IT ACTUALLY HAPPENING??????????? THERE'S NOTHING IN THE STREAM THAT SUGGESTS THAT??????????? ARE WE SUPPOSED TO BLINDLY SUPPORT MALUAL WITHOUT SEEING ANYTHING ??????????????????

WHATS MORE PATHETIC IS LYING ABOUT SOMETHING AND THEN GETTING A FINANCIALLY UNSTABLE TEAM SANCTIONED ALL WHILE GIVING NOTHING TO THIS TEAM PERFORMANCE WISE

THIS IS THE DIGITAL AGE POST A VIDEO A RECORDING AN AUDIO OR SOMETHING DO IT

ITALY IS NOTORIOUS WITH RACIST FANS AGAINST SPORTMEN/WOMEN SO IF I HAVE TO BELIEVE ONE SIDE, IT WOULD BE MALUAL'S BECAUSE NOONE WOULD THROW SUCH A LIE JUST FOR FUN OF IT. IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME SUCH TERRIBLE INCIDENTS ARE HAPPENING WITH RACIST ITALIAN FANS AND I'M AFRAID IT WONT BE LAST TIME. YOUR FEDERATION PRESIDENT SHOULD REALLY WORK ON PREVENTING SUCH RACIST FANS INSTEAD OF BITCHING ABOUT TURKISH LEAGUE

No problem I just don't agree with you. I literally quoted that exact statement. Maybe work on your own comprehension, I never said you said racism doesn't exist.

  • What an inglorious end of the season by Busto Arsizio. Coming off a couple of bad losses against teams within their reach, I didn't expect them to pull off an upset against Milano, but considering the far from great form of the visitors, I had hopes for a much tighter match. The laterals struggled to kill the ball, the MB unit isn't much effective anymore without Van Avermaet while the bench hasn't little to none to offer. On the other side of the net, I have to say Pietrini looked once again in a much better form while Piva played another very solid all-rounder game.
