    I was hoping Germany could put up another good fight against Brazil today, but Bregoli starts without Alsmeier and Weitzel :( I guess it makes sense after the intense match from yesterday, but with this line-up it's probably 3:0 Brazil in about one hour.

    In Novara, I saw Ishikawa do things I've never seen anyone else do. She's a true phenomenon compared to her height, but her height obviously limits her. A limite that tecnica cant fill..a Limit that at the Highest Level of volley infortunately totally defines a player ..if only she were 10-15cm taller we'be talking about a Gabi ...but thats not the case. So, if Ecza arrives with a half-million buyout (+ Mayu's year's salary that you'll save): goodbye, Mayu , goodbye, and thank you very much. Especcially after a season that EVEN according to her( from interview released just arrived to Ecza) was a rather disappointing EVEN on a personal level of volleyball she played

    We're not sure why Kojima isn't playing much. She's not retired. Fukudome pony tale? Was that a couple few years ago?

    You just hate the Isikawa siblings because of the fame they got. not their fault they are likeable and I would say that while they are not the best in their position they are sitll very skilled.

    I dislike the Brother, because I got a chance to watch all his games with Sir Safety and I never found him any better than Oleh and Semeniuk, but he used to start a lot till 2024/25.

    Very entertaining match between Italy and Japan. Both teams have switched moments, even “lost focus” moments, but when both are in, it is a high quality match.
    I don’t know if it would happen, but I would like to see Melli today: Japan is easily reading Fahr and Sylvia attacks.


    For Japan…seriously, despite of the lost of concentration that every single player could have, Ishikawa remains as one of the top5 OH currently. By a large margin. Yes, her height limits her a lot, but she adds so much in all the other skills (except block), especially in defence. She is synonym of quality vball, as well as Gabi. A kind of vball that unfortunately is disappearing .
