    *? Retirement status unknown

  • Not completely unrelated but what are the news on the girl from the Vakif academy who is supposed to have elite OPP potential to succeed Boskovic in the future? Vujović I believe? From the 2009 generation?

Beside few pictures with Tijana there is no real news. And our federation don't call players that play abroad for this windows. We will see at summer if she is good.

  • It's also weird that she wasn't on any junior team so far, given that her generation played last year the Euros.

Actually it was not, cev eaten 2009 generation last 2 years. It was 07,08 and 10,11 groups, 09 was neglected.

But they finally restored this year and made 09,10 together

  • The list of opposites after Tijana made my heart sink into my stomach LMAO

Well at least there’s Tijana haha.
I almost felt depressed trying to think of setters list as a whole

To the point where I begged for Krickovic to be put there since now the bar is so low that “she was good in her first ncaa year” feels like a big deal

  • It's also weird that she wasn't on any junior team so far, given that her generation played last year the Euros.

Ossrb is many things but serious volleyball federation isn’t one of them.

I’ve seen Vujovic play and she is okay.

Tadic who is a year younger is more serious potential by far and a defenite starter even with both of them there.

During the influx of Serbians to NCAA, I wished there to be some setters because a lot of the players moving were OH/OPP/MB ;(

On another note, I hope Medved gets to play at some point in Madison (but benching Pogany is a tough ask)

I mean Krickovic was actually good this year, in a weird way, to everyone’s suprise.

I never liked Medved, not even in Serbian league. We have better liberos they just need to be given chance in VNL to grow and gain experience

True, perhaps I shouldve said 2024. I remember Italy took some 2009-born who didnt end up making the final roster but others like Turkey with Aslin did. Since I've been hearing from this girl since 3 years ago I thought why isn’t she playing in any category if she's as good as they reported her to be.

  • It's hard to guess vnl list before we know locations and plan of players vacations but we can guess ECH plan.

Cofi give us 16-18 players for ECH camp and 12 players for Mediterranean games.

Have in mind that NCAA players probably cannot play that late in the summer.

P.S everyone else is free to gives us list 😁

  • Perovic, Miljevic, Mirkovic

    Boskovic, Bukilic, Taubner

    Uzelac, Ivanovic, Dangubic, Tica, Cajic

    Kurtagic, Aleksic, Kirov, Popovic

    Jegdic, Gocanin, Punisic

If Terzic wants to invite some youngsters to train with seniors then add Tadic, Mihajlovic and Zigic to “feel” the training.

Realistically that’s about that, there are no any older players that didn’t retire or that are worth inviting.
