Claiming that there’s no point even testing her in the NT is, in my opinion ,too categorical. Volleyball isn’t an Excel ranking. Some players look average in one system and make a real difference in another. Rasinska has the physical tools and offensive qualities to compete. Whether she wins the spot is another matter, but writing her off from the start isn’t serious. We don’t have in NT a lot of options ![]()

To speak about players, you need to understand the context. First of all, Rasińska had a phenomenal start to the season (in the last month she was playing after a hospital stay due to the flu). She has the skills, the power, and variety in her attack.
If you have Fatme and Grajber on the wings, both around 180 cm tall, it’s logical that the OPP’s efficiency and effectiveness drop because she becomes the first attacking option. Last year there was Angela Leyva and it looked completely different. Stysiak has Karakurt on the left, Szczurowska has Kurilo, and Smarzek has Czyrniańska. All of them are offensive outside hitters. Mijatović was supposed to be that offensive option, but after two matches it turned out that she simply can’t receive.
If you base your opinion only on statistics without actually watching the matches, you’re talking nonsense. First look at the team formation and then make a statement. She moved to the 1st League to join a serious club with a powerful sponsor, Vestel (the same company that sponsors the entire Turkish national team), with the goal of earning promotion and staying in the Sultanlar Ligi next season. She had offers from Turkish top-division clubs but turned them down.
Get informed before you speak.
In my opinion, all four players should appear in Szczyrk, with no one being favored - let them compete among themselves. Stysiak seems a bit too secure in her position, which I personally don’t like, although unfortunately she is probably still the best out of all of them.Wow you really talk BS with a lot of confidence but noone who watched rasinska would buy your nonsense. I've already told that she was good last season but this season FROM THE VERY START, she has been TERRIBLE. She is hands down worst opp of whole league. That's why she ended up in second league because she doesn't deserve to play in any of sultanlar ligi team with her current shape.
By the way Kurillo isn't offensive OH at all. She is actually best receiver of the league and with her attacking performance she can't be considered as offensive OH but more like defensive OH. Moreover, Czyrniańska is also having a bad season too compared to previous year's performance. Although she should be offensive OH she isn't contributing like one this season.
Inviting Rasinska even as 4th Opp would be a waste. Instead, Lavarini should invite one of the youngsters from Junior NT

There is no point. At the moment there are at least 3 opposites better than her. She's not that young and never had and AMAZING season. She had few decent ones like last year, few years ago in Wrocław or Deveolpres but even in top form she never looked like a player for VNL level.

It is difficult to agree with such a one-sided and harsh assessment, which completely ignores the broader sporting context. The claim that Rasińska is "the worst option in the league" is a huge exaggeration, considering how demanding and specific the Turkish league is for foreign attackers in mid-table teams.
Why is it worth believing in Rasińska?
• Game system and support: An attacker is only as good as the ball she receives. At Aydın BBSK, the game system often faltered, which, with the high block of opponents in the Sultanlar League, drastically reduces the effectiveness of each player. Moving to a lower league in Turkey is often a conscious move to rebuild match rhythm and confidence, rather than proof of a lack of skill.
• Physical potential: Aleksandra is a player with excellent physical conditions, who proved last season in the Sultanlar League that she can score points in series against strong opponents. Such skills do not disappear in a few months.
• Role in Lavarini's team: Stefano Lavarini has repeatedly shown that he is looking for players who fit his mental and physical profile, not just those who have "green squares" in the league statistics. Inviting her as a backup option is not a waste of time, but a way to secure the position in case of injury or a drop in form of the leaders.
The issue of Czyrniańska and Kurillo
As for Martyna Czyrniańska, it is worth remembering that she is returning after health problems, and her ceiling is much higher than her current numbers indicate. On the other hand, calling Kurillo a "defensive OH" given her characteristics is a rather controversial thesis, because her main asset has always been her firepower.
In summary: It is premature to write off Rasińska at this stage. The national team season has different dynamics, a different environment, and different motivation. Lavarini knows what he is doing by giving a chance to a battle-tested player instead of throwing juniors into the deep end at such a crucial moment.

Conversation with someone who constantly belittles Polish players while clearly having no real understanding of volleyball is pointless. You’re not even close to the truth when you write your made-up claims.
I respect your opinion - I simply have a different one. -

Pierzchała has a knee injury, so that’s just awesome…

Unfortunately Pierzchała was in Konin (the clinic that every player with rotten ACL-s go to) so I think her injury is more serious that they tell...

could it be an acl?
-
There is an ongoing rumour that it was ACL, but I still wait for the confirmation.

Poland will play in a friendly tournament in Genua in 22-24 May against Turkey, Serbia and Italy.
-
I`m happy that Poland is inviting for playing in tournament with strong teams. I hope PolsatSport gonna show that games

to be honest it is amazing season for libero! I can’t choose between Szczyglowska, Lysiak, Nowak, Pancewicz, Mazur, Lyduch - All of them should play some Games. And we have still very young Suska, Wysoczanska, Kubas or Luszynska
any info when can we expect the list? -

any info when can we expect the list?True, I would say something similar about MBs, I want to see Kecher, Dróżdż or Koput in NT. Too bad Milewska made wrong club choice for this season.
Also when I think about OHs the list is very long. Lukasik and Czyrna can count on a call, then Piasecka, Damaske, Różański and Gorecka are after a good/very good season. I still love Medrzyk and probably Fedusio will get a chance. Orzoł deserves a chance as well but the spots are limited…Setter position is the biggest problem. I would like one good player to comeback as this could help all these girls to go up.

Koput for me is the biggest talent on this position this year, 2/3 years of regular play and she will be starter in NT.

Lukasik After a good season?
she didn't even play more than a few sets whole season. I wouldn't even say Czyrniańska had a good season overall. -

it’s not like the OHs from Tauron Liga who had good seasons are any better than them, especially with the level of the league decreasing -

any info when can we expect the list?the liberos are so good! I think I like Nowak the most, she is complete and already experienced but Pancewicz is having a great season too + Mazur has incredible defence but her reception isn’t great yet. She has improved it though.
For me they all shined more in TL than Szczyglowska and Lysiak this season.
Lyduch and Kubas are the future for sure.
I think we really need a libero with good reception for the NT. Szczyglowska is still number 1 for sure but it’s really great that the list of potential subs is getting bigger.
-
I was amazed by Pancewicz this season. I don't think I've seen her make one truly bad touch and I watched 95% of Mogilno's games. I cannot wait for her to be the 1st libero in Rzeszów

true but still there is no way they’re not getting a call
