It's going to be a slim chance for the Polish team..... They need to defeat the USA which is a very tough team in 3-0, and if they do win........ they have to wait for Japan's performance against Cuba and China. Could be possible for a 2-3 record tie but the score ratio I think favors for Japan.

Tough road? They nearly won everything 3:0 It's been a tough road for the USA....

What I meant was during the pre-final tournament....... they were racing against France to enter the final 6 and they did by winning the final 2 matches against France. Anyway, Serbia is a good addition to a crowded list of contenders in the Olympics. Interesting tournament coming UP.

Yeah too bad....... but I don't blame the players. The players did their part but I sometimes notice that the coach of Poland are experimenting a lot with his players. For me thats not good because IMO Poland don't have a deep bench compared to other teams like Russia, USA etc. I like Poland when they have this line-up on court Swiderski, Wlazly, Winiarski, Plinski, Kadzhiwich and Zagumny. If one of them is replaced, I dunno it feels something is missing.

Don't be disappointed...... I am a fan of the Polish team as well even if I am not Polish (I am from Philippines BTW). I really like the Polish players specially the big three hitters Wlazly, Winiarsky and Swiderski and also your very smart setter Zagumny. They are so exciting to watch makes me love volleyball even more. It's better to lose and learn from their mistakes in the less worldly "World League Tournament" than to lose and wait another 4 years in the very important games in OLYMPICS.

I am rooting for the USA though in the WL Finals..... and I am starting to like the new set of players from Serbia as well. May the best team wins.
