you dont need registration on that forum.
just download bittorrent client (f.ex. µTorrent http://www.utorrent.com/download_complete.php?os=win ), instal on your computer, run it, and then click "direct link" on previous message, click "open file" and click "OK" (or click "save" if torrent client is not run).
