I read on a Finnish site that Olli-Pekka Ojansivu will play for PAOK (Thessaloniki) next year! He 's the second opposite of the Finnish national team and he's a tremendous server.

Rafa de Souza Lins from Jastrzebie to PAOK Thessaloniki (unconfirmed though). There are also rumours that the Greek libero Dimitrakopoulos (EAP) will sign with PAOK.
I have always found Abramov somehow ...scary/spooky, but I 'm told from various people that he 's very friendly with fans etc. and an overall nice person. No doubt he 's a good player and a good transfer for Jastrzebie.

LAOLA TV will broadcast the following matches this weekend:

Depending on what you mean by "sponsors". Iraklis is a sponsors based team, financed by commercial sponsors who regard the team as an investment for advertising. Olympiakos and Panathinaikos have sponsors in the old-fashioned meaning, usually a very wealthy bussinessman who for his own reasons puts money on the team.

Greece won 3-1 (15-25, 25-16, 25-21, 25-23). They played an extra set, which Greece also won 17-15.
    GREECE (Arseniadis): Kurnetas 1, Hristofidelis 17, Karipidis 17, Rumeliotis 7, Pantaleon 14, Sultanopulos 4, Papadimitriu (l- 88%) / Armenakis 10, Psarras 1, Andreadis 3, Baev 6, Stefanu (l- 75%).
    SERBIA (Kolakovic): Kovacevic 15, Petrovic 7, Janic 2, Stankovic 9, Podrascanin 4, Starovic 3, Rosic (l- 69%) / Maric 7, Radevic 1, Mitic, Dokic, Petric.

What was the big disagreement about during the first set???? I never have seen an R1 (up official) lose control of a match like that before except at a juniors level tournament once...

Well, that's pretty much typical for a Greek derby ;)

It was not a good match for Miljkovic.. he made some unusual for him errors, for example at the end of the first set, and while the score was 23-23, he crossed the 3m line twice in a row.
Speaking of Zhekov... yes, he was very good yesterday, but he was really impressive against Lamia last week (he was also MVP of that week). Lamia was leading 19-24, Zhekov went to the serve line and the set ended 26-24 ;)

On Cannes's website , Montpellier's coach Arnaud Josserand made this very hard statement about Rouzier:

I hope he will never become a great player and that he will read this wish on your website.

Oh boy, that's harsh. The funny thing is, when I first read the original (my French is worse than elementary), I thought he meant "I expect", but indeed in French the verb (j' espere) means "I hope" . Gee.
