I will be happy if wild card goes for Italy or Serbia (if Serbia manage to beat France in two next games, I believe it's possible), because Poland will play with those teams in OG and I like them, but don't forget about China. President of FIVB comes from China and OG will be in Pekin. Unfortunately, Wei Jizhong won't go by only sport reasons in awarding the wild card...

Marcin Wika and Paweł Woicki won't play in the next two games against Japan, because of Paweł's wedding :) So Łukasz Żygadło will get one chance to persuade Lozano, I dont't think he will go to OG, but as long as a ball in the game, so maybe...

    Thanks very much :)

And let AZS Olszytn win everything for You

I hope it will come true ;)

I heard a rumour that Tedi Salparov,. Bulgarian national libero may play in Poland in AZS Olstyn.. we will see in the future.

I also heard that rumour and it will be great if he decides to play in Olsztyn. But I read there is other option - if he doesn't choose Olsztyn, Rich Lambourne will stay in Olsztyn for a year. Now, AZS is having a problem with a sponsor so we have to wait (most likely Mlekpol and PZU will sponsor AZS). I keep my fingers crossed for Salparov in Olsztyn. I'm glad that you wrote you heard rumour about Tedi in Poland, because it mean that information turn up not only in Poland, so maybe...

I was often reading this subject and you are talking about France, Poland, Turkey and Italy but I'm interested in Russian transfers, especially where Berezhko and Ostapenko will play next year?

I suppose they will play still in Dynamo Moscow, but I'm not sure. I think that they have valid contract with that team.

The game I always remember first when I am thinking about my career is the game in my national team against Poland in world league 2005 in Novi Sad. We won 3:2 with young team against great poland players, like Gruszka, Winiarski, Golas... I played very good and after that match I realised that I can be competitive on the top level volleyball.

I remember that game... Unluckily ;) It was the game which Polish players and supporters will remember for a long time. Poland played well in two parts and in third part to score 22:18 and then Ivan Miljković had great serve. In two last parts Serbia showed fantastic game and enjoyed promotion to final.

I strongly belive that we have the chance to take the medal on the OG, we have a good atmosphere, we are doing great job on the trainings and from match to match in WL we are lifting the level of our play. And every one of us thinks like that, this is for sure.

I also believe in their medal in OG. But certainly gold medal will go to Poland ;)

    Nice interview, thanks :)

Who come? I know, that Turkey isn't the best, but losing to Austria...

Poland could lose Egipt so... But I'm also shocked!

    Oranjes  ;)

In my opinion the best Polish players in Katowice were Świderski and Grzyb in the second game. Grzyb keep on fighting for his place in the first six in OG, and surprisingly he is capable of doing that.

I also think so. I'm glad that Grzyb played well despite the fact he had poor season in PLS this year. I hope he will play as well in AZS Olsztyn in the next season :) But I consider he keep on fighting for his place with Piotrek Nowakowski in the twelve in OG, not in the first six (but I keep my fingers crossed for him). I think that Pliński and Kadziewicz will play in the first six in OG, neverthless as long as the ball in a game... Grzyb has a chance because he's harmonious (I don't know if this word is correct to express my opinion, but I hope you will understand ;) ) with Zagumny. And I think that Bąkiewicz keep on fighting for OG still. In the first game he had good change.

Great that Serbia beat Brazil at last! :)

I supposed that Ivan will choose Italy, but there is one adventage he signed on a contract with Olympiakos - we will see him in Poland, because Polish team, Jastrzębski Węgiel, will play with Olympiakos in CEV Cup :)

It's a pity that Serbia lost a match. They played very well in two parts - fantastic in block, Miljković played great, but in two next parts they weren't able to stop Brazilian players... In tie-break Brazilans showed that they are the best team (still ;) ) in the world and won 15:8.

I'm happy that Italy and France beat their oponents, but I'm glad the most about Polish victory over China :) We had some problems with reception and serve, but I hope that today wil be better.

    Update

    Sebastian Świderski (Poland)
    Lindsey Berg (USA)
    Natalia Romanova (Peru)
    Julien Lemay (France)

Sebastian Świderski, great! I love reading interviews with him. He speaks a lot :)

And Dejan Bojović... I like Serbian players. Is a chance of interview with Ivan M.? :D

Me, too ;) It will be a shame if Poland don't promote to the F6 in Brazil, because we have the easiest group... If we seriously think about good result in OG, we have to win all matches in Poland and play in Rio against the best teams in the world. But I'm sure that Polish supporters will help :)
