According from her IG story (she is coming back to Japan).

Miyabe Airi can't attend the event, but she's already in 2022 list (number 26 Miyabe Airi) So that's will be 23 Hinotori girls. (MC- Obayashi Motoko said so)

Here's the photo I'm referring to.

    Screen-Shot-2022-05-06-at-1-48-02-PM.png

I'm confused as to why next week? I think they're already there unless they're part of the players that tested positive. Especially Mayu who should've been with them since the beginning along with Koga.

I don't know either, maybe because it's a week after V-League Final match (the clubs plan for the athletes who has been called to the national camp will attend NT camp after the Final match both men and women). Maybe some of players of JT and Hisamitsu have to quarantine. IDK about Toray, but they aren't in the picture. Maybe they are there right now, because JVA took a photo from 1st day of the camp (clip later). Let's see what's next update from JVA, though they mostly keep updated Men's team on sns.

Like men team, Takahashi Ran not in the camp righ now because he has to meet the sponsors and some press visit. Otsuka goes to Waseda University for manage his university curriculum and does some waseda volleyball club things, but Wsaeda's List for Kurowashiki 2022 finally out and he dosen't in the list. Like Waseda captain said "Otsuka will participate NT camp after visit Waseda Univ. to finish everything". Panasonic Panthers's Yamauchi and Ohtake now not in the camp too, but Men's 2nd camp start 26 (tue) April at Ajinomoto NTC, I beleive they will be there.

Well, the girls could be something like this. Me and my Japanses friend confused about this too. This is what we talked and guess, I'm sorry I don't have much information but this is all I can tell :win:

At that height it seems like Hammy, but I can't see her holding her hands like that, and as you mention, SAGA players aren't there

The next one does look like Shima

    Where's Matsui?

Shimamura is the first from the left (I remenber her because she always wearing only Mizuno wave lightning Neo since 2021 untill now) and I guess Matsui is next to Yamada.

And a pic from the clip, seems like Okayama girls are already in the camp (I think they taking a picture at the very first day and take a VDO later)

    Yellow mark - Ugajin Mizuki

    Green mark - Miyashita Haruka

    Orange mark - Kaneda Shuka

Thanks to my friends who recognize their movement

Next week other girls from Toray, JT and Hisamitsu have to be in the National camp because there are only 2 weeks left for 1st camp and then they will move to 2nd private camp (7-11 May 2022). IDK when Manabe will cut from 39 to 20 girls maybe after 1st camp because 2nd and 3rd domestic camp are a short period, so that's must be concentrate program for all Hinotori girls. This Activity plan from Press conference (31 March 2022)

From JVA's IG (picture from April 10th, 2022, first day of the NT camp). The players did a meeting at the side court before the practice. Some players not arrive NTC yet, mostly the players from Toray, JT, Okayama and Hisamitsu. I'm not see Miyabe Airi in the photo too. Hisahara Tsubasa is in the camp now :win: Go Tsu chan!! :win:

Top row from [L >> R] might be Yamagishi, Uchiseto, Yamazaki Nonoka, Sato Yuka and Osanai.

Bottom row [L >>R] Shimamura, Kojima, Koga, Ameze, Yamanaka Hiroyo, Asano Nanami, Fukudome Satomi, Nakamoto Minami, Yokota Mami and idk those 2 girls (first one with short hair looks very tall, next one migthe be Shima Mitoki). Then Okumu and Yamada

This conversation with Inoue took a wild turn lol

What about Airi Miyabe? is she not someone who Manabe should consider looking at? Does she not want to play in Japan anymore?

Is she finish her studying already? because they say "Thank you Seniors" to Airi. Anyway I'm not sure what next for her, maybe she'll come back to Japan, who knows.

I thought AVC just decided on China and Japan.

I think so, from AVC Continental Ranking.

From 44th AVC Board of Administration Meeting (Bangkok, Thailand : Tue August 24, 2021)

“Unfortunately, we have to cancel the Asian Senior Women’s Championship due to initially take place in Philippines in August. AVC Headquarters and Philippines had been instructed to move the Championship to October, but that period will be affected by the FIVB calendar. So, it seems that this year’s Asian Senior Women’s Championship may not be held and we decided to put the afore-mentioned Championship in May 2022 instead. If the COVID-19 is still there next year, we have to consider the event case by case if we can move on or not,” Dr Eom said.

Regarding this matter, AVC Executive Director Mr Shanrit, himself former AVC Sports Events Council Chairperson, explained the situation how Asian teams, according to the FIVB regulations, qualify for the next year’s World Championship as it’s likely that the Asian Senior Women’s Championship cannot be held this year.

“The first qualification for the next year’s World Championship is the Continental Championship. For men, AVC has no problem with qualification because Japan can organise the Asian Senior Men’s Championship this year, but for women, AVC cannot organise the Championship. Therefore, according to FIVB regulations concerning the qualified teams for the World Championship, top two teams of the Continental Championship of all Confederations will qualify. For AVC, in case that the Asian Senior Women’s Championship cannot be organised this year, FIVB Volleyball Department has proposed to use continental ranking to select the two qualified teams instead. The remaining qualified teams will then depend upon world ranking,” Shanrit was quoted as saying.

“Because of this, according to FIVB proposals, China and Japan are the top two teams qualified for the World Championship. In general, at this moment, another three teams, Korea, Thailand and Kazakhstan stand a chance to qualify via world ranking. AVC has to send the letter to FIVB within tomorrow (Wed August 25, 2021) indicating the two qualified teams and the proposal to organise the Asian Senior Women’s Championship in May 2022 in order that Asian teams can earn more ranking points for seedings or qualification for FIVB events next year,” he concluded.

And JVA said (August 26, 2021)

The current AVC continent as a participating team of the FIVB World Championship scheduled to be held in the Netherlands and Poland in 2022. The top two teams in the ranking, China and Japan, have been selected as representatives of Asia.

To those who missed Takeshita, Otomo, Kimura, Sakoda, Kano, Ebata appearance on a variety show. At 30:49 they showed I think Otomo's daughter. I don't know how young she is but she's as tall as her mom. Could be another prospect for LA or Brisbane 😂

Miku chan. At grade 9, I guess (junior high school year 3rd) 180cm. Wish she'll get a little bit taller. But idk what position she is. (love her long arms )
