As I said before, Brazil - Bulgaria was the most ridiculous match of the WCH. It's a pitty because we all would like to see good matches, played by the main players and what is given us are two teams wanting to loose the match. Although the Bulgarians won the match, they didn't want to win as well and Brasil didn't even tried to fight a little bit ...
It's a dark mark on these athletes carriers and it's FIVB's fault, it's seems they're trying at all cost to take away the respect volleyball has got in the world scenario. Now, I truly hope that Brazil beat both Germany and Czech R. because they are now playing against the audience too.

I don't know your opinion, but at first I think this formula was prepared to help the italian squad gettin' to the semis (which is naturaly common, since Italians are hosters of the championship) But it helped other teams to select their oponents, just like USA and Russia did, by loosing to Czech Republic and Spain, this is to be shame of.
That's not how competitions should be managed, this is a disgrace to volleyball. Today, we're playing against the Bulgarians and it shall be the most ridiculous game of this year, because both teams won't play their best in order to get 2nd place.

FIVB took all the credibility away with this "confusing-formula"

I am not quite sure about that. In Italian Seria A there is no correlation between reception and the ranking of the teams at the end of the seasons. Another example is Bulgaria, we got bronze medal with the worst reception among the strongest 8 teams. We were stopped from Poland not because reception, but because they played their best game in the last few years and we played one of our worst.
Another example is how Brazil deals with Russia. There were number of games from WL final 2007 in which Brazil reception was devastated and they still won. Poor reception can be compensated by very fast setter and good combinations, especially if you have players with high jump or brilliant block-out technique. Also when the serving team trows excellent serve and the other teams scores, this is really demotivating and also is a factor.

I totally agree with you about the Men's Volleyball, what I really tried to say is about the difficulty female NT have been going through with this new ball and for the past few years, they have been loosing their original characteristics and becoming more equals to each other (which I think is great).

I'd like to know with someone had recorded any of those matches, I honestly have no idea with this championship was even broadcasted, but it worth trying. Thanks in advance

Despite their victory, I was disapointed with the volleyball showned by the Chinese squad. I know that there was some young and unexperienced players and everyone's waiting for the WGP to see how this team will react.

I did'n get your point, what do you mean by full pre-match? If so, what match are you talking about?

The whole file size is about 1.15 GB, I've split in 12 .rar parts, which one of them with 100MB. I'm uploading one part per day, so it'll take me 2 weeks to finish the uploads. If you prefer, I can post everyday the part I have already sent, but it won't help that much.

I was quite amazed by the bad Chinese performance, first of all. I didn't like the libero Wang, she doesn't know how to pass or dig the balls, further on Ymei Wang is too heavy and too slow (just like a great part of the chinese squad). We don't see fast plays no more. I don't know what's up with this coach and his daughter, but something is going wrong there. They are going the wrong way .... which is a pitty because I liked the chinese way of playing, mixing strengh with speed.
Let's see what happens next

We haven't been able to predict results the same way we used to, a lot of things have changed. What I mean is: In the past, we (at least here in Brazil) used to "generalize" Japan as short players with good passing and digging skills, Chinese as taller than the Japanese but with the same skills and stronger attack. Today we can't do that anymore.
In my opinion, passing is the hardest part in playing volleyball, 'cause it's a combo of good technical and psychological habilities, and as far as I can see, every single national team has serious problems in this "volleyball base" and it has become a winning or loosing factor. (Just like the strength was to the Cubans teams during the 90's).

So what is your opinion about this new world volleyball's dynamics?
