A hall is half empty in France even in a small gym.. And they will play in a football arena.
I agree with you. If France do not play the final it will be a problem. Volleyball doesnt semm so popular um FRance. A full gym would be better than a empty stadium. But lets see what happen.

I think he will be one of the best OH in near future. He is still young and has a lot to improve but i see a grat potencial in him.

Yeah. For the whole season, when he came in or even started some matches. He couldnt do anything good. Surely, he is insecure about his position in the NT. Youngsters are doing fine. Hoag and Marshall out.
I dont know why but i like Hoag.
For me Perrin, Hoag, Barnes and Maar should play as OH.

I agree about Hoag...but now Antiga must let him play every game so he can get his rhythm back instead of wasting time with Marshall.... and I would have Barnes over Derocco as well, he was not great in Russia but Russian teams are very physical, he certainly would have done better if he played in Italy for example.... I think Antiga will just be wasting his time by bringing these vets back. Last year he went with the younger guys and it paid off.
Gunther spend this past season on the bench as well but I think he`s doing well so far....it sucks Sharon Evans is injured.
Barnes was really good last season in World League. Derocco did not show anything special in NT, at least in the games that i have watched.

Fromm,Malescha and Hirsch areb't that short.I dont like Fromm a lot. He is good in atack sometimes but i dont trust him. His reception is not good at all. I would prefer to play with the youngest OH than Fromm, specialy because Giani knows what he can do.
And why Giani did not try to chance setter sometimes
Or even change both setter and Opp would be good. -
Serbia has a very good MB duo. And tbh I am having a huge crush on Lisinac.
Japan with Lee and Yamauichi is pretty good, too.I don't like M. Souza attitude --- seems like he is pissed about everything. And he is not even that good. But my oh my, what is these old people still doing in this tournament? Don't Brazil has a huge pool of talented youngsters? Isn't this would be the right time to try them?
I think only if brazil lose a big competition in a big way we will se some new blood in NT. Untill there, we will play with the same players even if they are 36, 37, 40 years old.
On the other hand, the good thing is that no one get to NT very young and without some good experience and thats help NT to have a good sucess. But i would like to see some new guys in NT.

I really like Van Garderen. I hope he can be a start next season in a good team.

If Turkey plays with the team that was in Ech last year i think they will be a tough opponent.

Slovenia will play European League without Urnaut, Pajenk, Sket, Gasparini, Vincic and Ropret, according to CEV site. Maybe they are not so much interested in play Nations Legaue, after what happened this year.
Anyway, they still have a good team. I hope we can see Ziga Stern playing a lot this year. I think he is a good player.

Paul Buchegger is staying in Ravenna.
He had a really good season in Italy and its nice to see him in Ravenna again. Maybe some bigger teams should watch him for the near future.
