It's hard indeed but I won't understand it because I'm a Pole
Well...many Poles struggle with Polish, despite it being their native language ![]()

I don't even want to elaborate on that too much, I'll just say: BRAVO, POLSKA
Glad they eventually took the victory
Good luck in Katowice! ![]()
Eh, so Iran managed to get to the tiebreak, but France completed their job and took the victory despite a pretty big loss in the 4th set.
It would definitely be nice to see Iranians ending this tournament on a positive note, with a victory, rather than another loss, but it was still a great overall performance regardless
Thank you guys, again. God and now they're going to Lodz again ![]()
Meanwhile Iran took the 3rd set
25-22,
And they're leading in the 4th one 12-7 with Mahdavi, Mahmoudi, Ebadipour and Fayazi on the court
It's the first match for Fayazi on this tournament. He hasn't been given many chances to play, if any at all.
I know Poles have already done their job, but I wish they could pull themselves back together and took the victoty. Really.
Meanwhile Iran took the 3rd set
25-22,
2-0 Frane
Why do I even expect anything?
Anyway, those girly jumps from Poles ![]()
Slobo made some changes in the roster. Really? Why now? ![]()
So it's over ![]()
Congrats, France ![]()
I feel indescribably sorry for Iran
I know that they're still in game but it will be one tough job to do. I didn't watch the game with Germans and I was shocked seeing the score. How did that happen? Grozer had his day? Seems like Iranians didn't fight at all. Like completely different team. Don't know guys, I realize you can be deadly tired but I kinda hoped you can play on euphory and emotions one or even two more matches... German team looked for sure beatable, at least in my opinion. Anyway, have to congratulate German team, there are still players whom I love and respect and to add they have a coach who easily became one of my fav
I hope this success will give you some impetus to play worthily to the place when you found yourself
Yeah, yesterday was definitely Grozer's day. He destroyed the poor guys on the serve, but they weren't helping themselves either
The game could've looked completely differently, if it weren't for this terrible sluggishness and jitters. That was one of those days when nothing adds up
Germans deserved to take that victory, they were better, did exactly what they had to in order to win, and I can't be mad at them for taking their chances. Enjoy it, Germany ![]()
But despite yesterday's painful performance from Iran, I'm still proud of these guys, 'cause they've given me, and others tones of joy and excitement. Bad days always have to come, it's a very long and draining tournament. Too bad they happened to come at the wrong time for Iran, during their most crucial matches, but still...I'm proud of these guys and hope Kovac somehow won't let them kill themselves on Asian Games ![]()
I dont defend Spiridonov, dont get me wrong, but he is doing that same thing in Superleague. Its normal for him. But I understand what his action caused
Well, he's just a dipshit in general...
Ojla, you are from Poland and probably can't see him with eyes wide open, but to me he is more provocative than Spiridonov. I don't hit walls with fists when I see Spiridonov's circus, somehow Kubiak provokes more aggression, I don't know why. He is the opposite of Winiarski.
I'm from Poland, but it really doesn't influence my opinion on that matter
I also find Kubiak annoying to some extent, but definitely not as much as Spiridonov. This guy is just plain out obnoxious and I really don't think Kubiak will ever be as insane as Spiridonov, he totally takes the cake.
No, no, just a cumulative impression from past years and latest matches. He is more annoying than Spiridonov, Rezende and Obama together
How can anyone be more annoying than Spiridonov?
I get, Kubiak is not a polite guy, but those are two, completely different ways of being annoying...
Did I mention how much I don't like Kubiak as a person?
What did he do this time? Jumped on the court during BRA-RUS game?
Sorry, I was watching Iran vs Germany ![]()
I don't even know what to say
Very disappointing game from Iran. They were terrible, sluggish, showed no fight at all. Germans just executed their job, took their chances, stayed consistent and focused and won in a very confident way. Iranians on the other hand were super vulnerable and nervous since the very start of the match, making tones of mistakes and putting up no fight at all. Resigned, jittery, couldn't do anything at all. They were once on a 4 pts lead, but then Grozer went on serve and humiliated them on the reception
Germans quickly took an advantage and didn't lose it till the very end. Very uninspired and helpless performance from Iranians
Why guys? Why?
You pretty much buried your chances for the semis ![]()
God, what are they doing?
Amir, what the hell? ![]()
Germans scored like...7 or 8 pts in a row
The reception is not-existent. Grozer is killing it on the serve. They're leading with 4 pts, 16-12 ![]()
Damn it!!! They were on a 4 pts lead and now it'a a tie!

Iranians are on the lead for the first time in this match. "Just" by 2 points, but I hope it's a good sign, and guys will be back in the swing of things. Come on! ![]()
