What happened to her? Foot or knee injury?
Knee. It looked like she came down at an awkward angle after attacking, her left foot came down first, but she immediately went down holding her left knee. I’m not going to speculate but I know what it looks like…

It looked absolutely horrible from where I’m sitting. Also, they look her straight down the tunnel (not sure if it’s a treatment room or an ambulance) so let’s just hope for the best

Scholten back from China
That would be nice, but there are reasons (on both sides) to doubt it will happen. The Chinese season is short but intense and, let's be honest, lucrative. Scholten doesn't need to play the end of the German season and may prefer not to. And Münster are very, very happy with Mutiri, and after such an expensive prior season due to all the injuries, they may well have other uses for the money.

However for me it's not entirely clear if they mean now or for next season, but I guess they mean now. She didn't really show anything convincing and with Mutiri being pretty good she probably wouldn't get much playing time in the rest of the season either, plus it seems Mia Kirchhoff might convert to OPP due to reception issues, so I can imagine it's true. I wonder if/when Münster will publish anything...She's leaving Münster immediately

Their head coach is officially missing due to "personal reasons" but watching them play makes me wonder if he's already been fired or will be fired very soon
The version I heard was that he'd suffered some sort of injury. Make of that what you will...

I said US Citizens, which includes Petit (who has dual nationality) even though she plays under a Canadian flag. Church is still technically there for the moment
Edit: And before anyone asks, the third American last season was Maria Schlegel, who has dual nationality but plays under a Spanish flag

Fun fact: The Netherlands just brought on Bloem van Lier, the niece of former Oranje MB Quinta Steenbergen, and the daughter of Anoek Steenbergen-van Lier, who also played in the Dutch league a few years back. Great to see the literal next generation coming through
