Hehe... sorry for off topic. Our girls in 2003 and our boys in 2009 won ECH for the first time. Both events took place in Turkey.
I see there is nothing more, well its still nice that you have nice feelings about our country:)

She retired from NT. She still plays in club (Bielsko), but this year she took maternity leave and she want to have a baby
Would you mind asking you about that Golden Turkish Dream? cause you won the champ or something else? I was wondering for a while:)
AEK Athens (last year in A2) wants to bring Ognenovic or Gligorovic for the position of the setter. The first one is possible, if the boyfriend of her Milan Teodosic will renew his contract in Olympiakos and maybe she could play in the team of Olympiakos. The second one after the news of today from Fenerbahce is not...I don't know if a team from Istanbul is searching for a foreigner setter...

I know Olimpiyakos has an option to extend his contract for 2 years more, if we're talking about Milos Teodosic, the basketball player, most possibly he will stay. But I didn't understand whose boyfriend he is? And in Turkey that team who is looking for a setter could be Eczacıbaşı. They might consider a foreign setter to strenghten their weakest position for the european challenge. FBA has already reached an agreement with Fofao..
I'm not worried, I dont even care much actually, hehe, I was just surprised, cause Paulo Coco is for a long time together with Zé...hehe, I guess probably is this, he is just going to do a stage with Brazil Nt.
Whats doing a stage? Is it about gaining a reputation or something like that?
Anyway the news includes that Kamil Söz has brought by Ze Roberto as an asisstant coach for a while, and the fitness coach of Fenerbahçe, Turgay Aslanyürek will also join them on the process of preparation for the world champ, after a while they will be back for Fenerbahçe, So it's all about getting known each other for FBA, not a thing for Brazil NT, and that means nothing is gonna happen your Coco:) At least Kamil Söz is not gonna be the replacement:)
Gioli is number one!!! She is live legend!
I am happy for Fakro! I like Polish teams! They play with their own power,if they transfer two or three world stars they can win Champions league and can have one of the best leagues. Because local players in Poland are on high level!
It's unfair to compare those players, they all have different abilities, Gioli is a better attacker than all of them, but Walewska can recept too, and Furst is a better blocker, so they're all high class players,
but for FBA i can say Furst is the best choice, cause we have Eda already and we won't need that kind of great attacker like Gioli, with Gamova's absence Furst assistances at blocks what we need most. One of the main reason why we lost to Bergamo was that..
ooo, it has written on May 30, my bad:)
I am waiting a big suprise from Fenerbahce this season.Leonel Marshall and Ivan Milijkovic will play for Fener this season.Fener will do more transfers as women team.Good luck to all teams
Are you sure about Milijkovic? Cause I've read a text about him, that he might stay in Olimpiyakos for next season too..
I heard the biggest surprise of Fenerbahce is Masae Kasai, the japanese olympic champion in 1964. And the coach will be Karpol. With him yelling the circus at Fenerbahce will be complete.
So I'm asking to moderators, am I allowed to speak like that person do? That is clearly an insult, defining a team as a circus, so i want an answer back. Then if it is okay, I'm gonna react way different!
So that means Starovic will go rotten at the bench following Mammadova's arrival. I really don't understand these clubs.
Finally we have something common:)
Joanamms, looks like you have great consipiracy theories, but i'm not gonna get myself involved in one of yours, ok? I was just wondering why they have transfered a player without reception while that was the biggest problem for them. Ok?
Cause you cant compare Mammadova level to Tocko or Kulikova leve maybe..hehehehe...If that is true, Mammadova will be the big leader of the team.
Yeah that's fun indeed..
Has Starovic left Rabita?
Natalya Mammadova signed for Rabita Baku

Natalya Mammadova
The best player of Azerbaijan national team outside hitter Natalya Mammadova decided to return to Azerbaijan league after five years, and join Rabita Baku for the season 2010/11. Rabita Baku – who finished third in this year’s CEV Cup and seized the Championship title of Azerbaijan signed one-year contract with Mammadova. Natalya is very satisfied with the offer, and also with the fact that she will participate in the best club’s European competition- Champions league. In the previous seasons Natalya played in Russia, Italy, Turkey, Switzerland, Spain and of course Azerbaijan. Rabita Baku made great team for the next season with our players Natalya Mammadova, Bojana Doganjic, Silvija Popovic, Mira Golubovic, Olga Tocko, Natasa Krsmanovic, Natalia Kulikova, Mirela Delic, Irina Zhukova and Diana Nenova
All the opposites named with Vgstt ends at somewhere else:) I don't know how official Flier news is, but there are pretty much no one left for Vgstt, and why do Rabita needs Mamadova, i don't get it too:)
It's not what they accept or know before they come that matter, it's how they can get adapt for this rotation system with a brand new coach and team. It's not a usual way around volleyball world especially for club teams. So it's a risk for my opinion. I dont know how it ends but Fenerbahce is getting into an uneccesary and expensive adventure doing that even though they have other ways also.
Yeah, but the players wills are always important for this adaptation issue. And yes it's a risk, there is always a risk, and for me considering Seda as the only opposite for a team with full of such huge desires, that sounds more risky to me. In your scenario you have harmony doubts, i respect that, and i have some too, but i still think it is more sensible to take that risk than taking the other..
Well how can you suppose them keep their shapes or team work while they are all replacing each other during the season? And as far as I hear Nati is not a kind of player who can accept that role. Maybe Italian friends on the forum may get us more help about it. That's all I can say until full roster is set officially.
alde, I'm not saying that's gotta be all like that. Maybe Sokolova-Nati would play some unimportant league games too. I'm just saying you can tolarete 4 high level players with the rotaion like that, and Sokolova,Nati and Skowronska, for me they're kind of players that they won't mind have some rest during the season..
Display MoreDo you think two of the best players in the world will accept to be a guest star or play randomly during all the season? They cannot even be a bench player. It's very hard to make them accept and that's the main reason why Lo Bianco doesnt want to join this roster.
And Seda is not a real OH. She messes up easily if opponent targets her on service. Fenerbahce cannot tolarate her even against a team like Beylikduzu without replacing second libero or Blom. If Fenerbahce wants to keep her on the court regularly in tough games like VGS, GS or Eczacibasi they must play with Nati and Sokolova. Kasia cant get setter, libero or MB problem any good but Sokolova or Nati can because one foreign (mb, setter or libero) can get a place for Kasia. You can replace Kasia with options on the hand but Çiğdem or Ipek cant be compared to Poljak or any other top-class mb for example.
Anyway we are all talking about for nothing actually because the rest of the roster is unknown now.
And Starnight I am a Fener fan but I am not watching Fenerbahce or other teams' games with a fanatical mind that keeps me out logic. It doesnt matter for me who wants to see which player on the court. I am just looking at team's benefit overall. You are mistaking me for others or yourself. Maybe you are the one that needs to wake up, so keep your tips for yourself before deciding who is sleeping or not.
You're saying Lo Bianco doesn't want to join roster because of that, then Sokolova might have joined the roster with knowing that truth too? The idea works both the same way..
And as I've written just a moment ago we don't have that separate opinions, I think our team will play with Seda in OH at some non-crucial games, but against opponents like Eczacı we'll play with Osmo and Sokolova both, and it still does not mean Skowronska won't play! We're gonna have 2 choices, Çiğdem or Seda, some of the games we may choose Çiğdem over Seda and play with Skowronska at opposite too, some of the games not, thats the decision for the techincal squad to make.. But afterall, a possible setter transfer would make everything more complicated. And I don't wanna get involved in such a brain storm position now:)
Cause we have Seda as OH too, and in my opinion the rotation will be mostly as Seda-Sokolova or Seda-Nati pairs, Seda's reception is not that well when you comparing with Nati or Sokolova of course, but İn Turkish there are too many weak teams except Eczacıbaşı, Vgstt and Gs, and we wont need that kind of perfect reception when we play against to them. Furthermore, Sokolova and Nati both are old player with children, they wont mind that much and that could be better to rest in some of the games for their shape..
Is that really important to define her as an OH or Opoosite? She is more useful when she plays as an OH that's certain. Cause there are not too much player in the World who can recept and attack at the same time. And I agree with Starnight. Mostly the player would sit will be Nati, Sokolova or the MB(Poljak maybe). Maybe Kasia won't play some of the matches too, but in my opinion, the ratio won't be as much as high like you think,..
