Next weekend Costagrande, Guiggi, Arrighetti and Signorile will stay in Italy training and Caracuta and Bertone will take their place. The team will be very young but I'm not worried about Mbs, Chirichella and Folie are ready to play at high level... I'm pretty worried for Costagrande's absence though, she's too important for Italy

I thought nobody could be worse than Barbolini but Mencarelli is! :white:
One of our best receivers (Lucia Bosetti) is injured and he went to Russia with just 1 libero (out of shape) and left Merlo at home without reason... Considering also that Fiorin, Barcellini and Gennari are not good receivers he should have called at least Di Iulio but he didn't and nobody knows why... as a result our reception today against Russia was terrible :aww: This man is dumb!!!! :read:

i mean..there would have been other not expensive players better than Perdomo..an experienced athlete like Paggi,a good blocker like Dall'Ora,a young player like Pisani..

We actually never saw Aguirre Perdomo playing, she's probably not so bad as some statistics would suggest...even because I often don't give so much trust to statistics. Let's wait and see how she really is on court and then we can have an opinion.

i saw the stats and they are just like  .. i mean..even if Casalmaggiore couldnt sign with Fernandez, cant they find another Mb??

    I guess it's a question of €
If you sign with Aguirre Perdomo when you can have Amaranta Fernandez it means that you need to save money.. Fernandez is more expensive and probably Casalmaggiore needs that money difference for the last OH transfer.

Since Chieri was not admitted to A1, Marta Bechis may go to Forlì Bologna and Amaranta Fernandez to Casalmaggiore (Aguirre Perdomo as alternative).
Casalmaggiore is also chasing Tina Lipicer Samec, but in case of failure as alternative the club will sign one between Anna Velikiy and Karolina Rozycka Kosek.

McNeal is more of a universal player than a pure zone 2 attacker. She played as a receiver for much of her career at Texas and played zone 3 and zone 4 as needed. Her greatest strengths are her passing ability and hitting from zone 2 on the slide attack (that's what we call it in the US, not sure how it's called elsewhere). She is an athletic player and I think she'll do well in A2.

Thank you for the info. Indeed in many of the videos I watched she was attacking slides..
I hope also Olowolafe will stay in Italy next year, she was very athletic and promising too!

Obiettivo Risarcimento Breganze is interested in Bulgarian OH Desislava Nikolova and Dragana Marinkovic

Any American user here knows Sha'Dare McNeal, the new opp of Bolzano? From what I found about her on the web she played as MB in Texas...

Alix Klineman according to some rumours on Italian forums won't play in Italy next season because she is PREGNANT :cheesy: :flower:
Now we understand why she is not with NT at Grand Prix...

Hello, friends! Could you be so kind to tell me how many points for the world ranklist Bulgaria can won by finishing around 10th place in WGP. I mean now we are 43rd, could we move up by winning some games in that tournament. Are we going to lose them if we don't participate in the next year WGP or that points stay for longer period?

I'm living for PUR-BUL, Saturday, 2:00 CET, laola1.tv... On the next day we are playing vs Brazil! I hope that game will be broadcasted somewhere too. I will enjoy to every point there!

WGP points last 1 year. So if Bulgaria can finish around 10th place they will get about 10 or 12 points which will move them up around 30th place in the Ranking. Not a big progress because Bulgaria hasn't got many points from 2010 WCH which last for a long period... so if Bulgaria wants to enter the Top20 they need to qualify for 2014 WCH.
