-
Hawaii (Big West) and Colorado State (Mountain West) have clinched their conference championships and their automatic bids for the NCAA Tournament.
Today November 20th is when a majority of the smaller conference tournaments start, so much of the details on the remaining spots in the tournament will be determined over the weekend. A team from a smaller conference that did well in the regular season could be knocked out with a loss in their conference tournament. That could take out a team from a bigger conference because of the automatic bids vs. at-large teams.
