    @ Bartek

If i understood the question right :S it doesn't matter for Fiba they only want European players on the court(their countries don't matter). But this is more related to local federations. For example in Turkey teams can sign with 5 foreigners but in a game 4 of them can be in roster and 3 of them can be on the court at the same time.

Last year Fenerbahçe had Diana Taurasi, Penny Taylor (non European) Hana Horakova, Ivana Matovic, Anna Vajda. (European). Other players were Turkish.

    Sue Bird signed with UMMC.

UMMC Ekaterinburg announced the signings of USA international Sue Bird, FIBA Europe Women's Player of the Year for 2010 Hana Horakova and former FIBA Europe Women's Player of the Year Anete Jekabsone-Zogota.

Teams only have 2 non European (USA, Australia etc.) players on the court (I mean in the roster) in Euroleague Women.
At the beggining of the season teams must inform Fiba about their roster.(for example GSMP has 3 Americans but they must choose 2 of them. And teams cannot change these names, they have to play with these players to the end of the season.)

This rule has been in Euroleague Women for many years but two years ago If players has got an another citizenship in an European country, They can play as European, but now players must have in the national team of a European Country to play as an European.(for example Epiphanny Prince and Becky Hammon. They are playing in Russian NT)

In 2009 Spartak had Kelli Miller, Noel Kuin, Sue Bird, Diana Taurasi, Sylvia Fowles, Lauren Jackson. But last year they only have Sue Bird and Lauren Jackson.

I think Sue Bird will be in UMMC next year.
Dumerc went to the Bourges and i think also Pondexter will leave the team.
I don't think she will come to Turkey, because Fenerbahçe has Angel McCoughtry and Penny Taylor.
If she comes, one of them must stay at the bench in Euroleague. Also GSMP has 3 Americans.

Spartak Moscow Region keep Irina Osipova , Sonja Petrovic , Jelena Milovanovic and Epiphanny Prince for the next season.

The Head Coach Pokey Chatman will remain also in the team.

Marina Kuzina signs with Spartak Moscow Region as it became so far the biggest signing for the Russian team.
