We talking about past and now I have a question about future. I see that in u18 team there is a player Natasza Ornoch. She is 187 cm high and her position is OutsideHitter. I read some infos that she is very talented and can be future for Polich NT. Any more infos and opinions about this girl? She is talented like for example Czyrna?
Pinderska is 195 cm high. She was the best OPP and the best scorer Polish Championships U18 2023/24.
Ornoch is most like Łukasik.
No no Wolosz was really bad and second reason why they lost besides their outsides being off. She is not setting to middles and as said before, middle attack was one of the reasons why they were so successful in VNL.
Maja sucked big time in the first set, then she improved her game second set, 3rd and 4th were just fine.
Clues. The third set was a game of one player. And it was Boskovic who won that set. Serbia as a team didn't exist. Boskovic scored 83% of the points in the third set - 10, in total Serbia scored 12 with attack. In my opinion, this was a key moment.

She has great potenial to be one of the best oh in the world. She attacks over the block (327 cm spike). She is two-handed.
Lemanczyk is not a type of libero who can help in reception. She has a problem herself.
Nowicka played disastrously yesterday. In my opinion, she was the main cause of the loss.

The biggest problem of Polish female NT is that there is no chance to gather all the best first at the same time. This match showed how subs are important. Smarzek would be useful with Dom and Can, today we needed Czyrniańska and Łukasik. 3 crucial players are off. The same was during VNL. If someday all best players will be available then it will much easier to win.
Exactly..Czyrnianska and Łukasik are core players. I'm sure they would play in the starting line-up. I think that with them we could realistically think about sf. In spite of everything I am very pleased, finally we have a good coach and next generation with great potenial - Orzol, Piasecka, Druzkowska, Czyrnianska, Szlagowska, Centka, Pierzchała, Leoniak.
Stysiak and Łukasik are still young players as well

We talk about her potential... She had 0,65 błock per set like Stencel. She was only 1% weaker than Gryka, Jurczyk in effectivnes of the attack but she was playing with 19 year old setter. Imo she has to play with better, more expirience setter if We want to evaluate her skils.
She is fast, height and she has really good reach spike (321cm). So, She should get a chance.
MB are the biggest weakness of Polish NT. Stencel was making so many errors that I had headache.
Exactly... Stencel was playing badly in every aspect during the turnament. Let's be perfectly honest.. I'm negatively surprised that Lavarini did not give a chance Centka. She is this kind of player who has physical conditions to be a great player.
I'll say this over and over again. Górecka is not NT player....

After this match I think that Łazowska is the worst setter in the league.. The girl knows nothing about precision...I don't see potential in her, the only thing good about her is her height, she's using it pretty well, but her main duty is to set well, but she's completely lost.

I don't think so... She will be really good setter in the near future. She has really strong fingers and wirsts. She's young and need time.
In my opinion Górecka is hugely overrated. Average in each element. No progress. Her level was the same, when she played in Legionowo.

Wenerska is abroad subject. 
Basically, Poland has currently a lot of OHs that are quite good, Czyrniańska was not even starter during U18 this year, both Piasecka and Orzol were better, but somehow they weren't selected. Another case is with Fedusio who did not play full match with NT even though she's with the team all year. Różański was the best attacking OH in the league, but only got one chance against Japan. There is also Szlagowska who is 190cm and with quite reliable reception, but somehow was not selected. He can't select and he has his own favourites. Czyrniańska got the chance, because she will play for Chemik.
Czyriniańska was a leader of polish nt at CEV U19 ECH. 4th place in the ranking of the best spikers. 32 points 52% when they played against Belarus...
She was really good in second division. I think she's a remarkable talent.
I'm waiting for Szlagowska in nt.
Górecka is overrated imho.

I've to agree. It looked bad.
Stysiak has problem with physicall preparation. 
First two sets 8/16 in attack, next two 1/11.
I'm waiting for Bączyńska, Twardowska in NT.
