What about Kim Hill, she won't be playing in the NT this year?
-
According to the rumor,
China U20 NT has six warm-ups - vs Beijing Senior: 1w 2l, vs Brazil U20: 2w 1l ...Apparently, one of China's win was actually against Brazil U18 team.
-
I think she might also needs time to do her Ph.D besides her heart issue.
She is still the top defensive OH in the word, and IMO she is even better than Jordan Larson.I think her defensive skills were very helpful to China, but I'm not a fan of her offensive style and I think China is capable of developing better athletes in these 4 years.

Thank you Tomem, Samsara and jetmasters for the answers.
I personally think that Hui was already at her limit in Rio, so It won't surprise me if she doesn't comeback to the NT. It's common seeing chinese athlets leaving the NT too soon and also she has this heart condition.
But she might prove me wrong, we'll see.
-
This must be old news, but why is Hui out?
It's a health issue, a technical one or she just asked a time out?

Bia is injured, and won't be playing in the friendly matches against DOM and will also miss the Montreux (but she'll probably travel with the team).
The line up:
S: Roberta, Naiane
MB: Adenizia, Carol and Mara
Opp: Tandara, Fernanda Tomé and Edinara (all of them are also OH)
OH: Natália, Drussyla, Rosamaria and Amanda
Liberos: Leia, Suelen -
ZRG called 6 players whose clubs' seasons are already over to NT training:
S: Naiane
MB: Adenízia, Mara
OH: Rosamaria (also OPP)
L: Léia, SuelenOH's Edinara, Fernanda Tomé and Amanda were invited too, but seems they will only help the team.
Apparently Edinara , Fernanda Tomé and Amanda wore called to play only the Montreux, while the others will play every competition in 2017.

Really , what's happening in here? This Thaisa injury/Eczacıbasi medical staff story is a nonsense.Well she said it herself on a video conference interview.
.
Yes, she decided to play anyway which was wrong, but what the club did BEFORE that has no excuse.
-
Even more disgusted by Eczacibasi team after what happened to Thaísa.
They lied about her condition and she continued playing anyway. Unfortunetly this was bound to happen.
I feel so bad for her. And this team will be on CL F4...

It would be really nice if other referees call double touch on the americans like this one is doing.

You are drama queen and you don't mean sport arguments by saying like that. Bociek will be backup for Wlazły and you will see his stable game during WCH. His last match was at Bari or Foro Italico. He had similar efficiency like Zaystev. Bartman couldn't play with stronger teams whole match, Andrea let him being in starting six but he left court so fast because he gets blocks so easy. Bulgaria, Australia, France, Russia, Italy - during matches with these teams Bartman has never played whole match, look. It's radiculous. He's good for teams like (with all my respect) Canada. We were in group with them during WL 2012 (old system) and yes he made "show". But with elite he can't play whole match so what are we talking about...
I stoped reading at "You ara drama queen"
You're probably the biggest drama queen EVER, being that passionate about your NT and reading things that haven't been said.
-
Where were you when Wlazły played yesterday? You asked about Bartman? Some people just can't understand that Bartman was replacement when Wlazły was absent, became famous for two seasons and he's so media person. But level of his skills is really bad. Rzeszów, next Modena, who will be next victim? If he was a super player like you saying he would stay in one of these clubs. The problem with him is that every club after season saying him goodbye.
I don't remember saying Bartman is a "super player". Actually, I remember only asking if he's coming back, and I don't see what that has to do with Wlazly's performances. Which I just comented about Konarski and Bociek poorly.
But since you've mentioned, I would like to see Bartman compete with these too.
-
I think you are big ignorant, Bociek and Konarski are backup for Wlazły who is injured. For sure, you forgot such person like Mariusz Wlazły. No problem.
Bartman can clean Wlazły shoes, sorry.
Ignorant as someone who's not THAT familiar whith men's polish volleyball, then you're probably right. I don't mind it at all.
But Actually, I didn't.
Wlazly, as I've learned recently, has a history of injuries. He actually felt he's back again, didn't he? So, If the starter is that fragile, and the back ups are not that special, for me that is trouble.
Good Luck to Antiga for keeping him healthy 'til/through the WCH.
-
Terrible? How long have you been interested in volleyball? Because Kurek's performances for 2 years are really bad.
Bartman is out till Antiga is, because he's horrible player, he can't find good club, but horny girls will miss him.Well, you're problably right, because i'm not that interested in MEN'S volleyball. And since you're Polish, you're probably more aware of the shape of your own players, but I guess POTENTIALLY, Kurek has a lot to show for.
If Bartman is really that horrible, and for what I have seen from Konarski and Bociek, who are not that special, Poland is really in trouble.
Well, thank you, that was really clarifying, because I was thinking Poland could get a lot better.
I guess the level of men's volleyball is actually worse than I thought.
-
Btw, there are rumours that Kurek is sooo angry with Antiga who wants him only as reserve player so he left our NT.
Kurek has no chances with this rivalsation when Kubiak will come back.Wow, that's terrible for Poland.
Btw, there's any chance Bartman may comeback?

I'm really happy for Belgium.
Well, I hope Belgium won't become the new Germany, I used to like the latter when they were "new" and fresh, but after so many inconsistencies I got tired of them. They coul've reached so much moore when Grun came back... To me, they are a team who can't reach anything on internacional level.
So, good luck to this young Belgium team, I hope they can achieve great things in the future.
-
Great match by Bulgaria, they're having a great season beating Brazil, Japan and now Serbia. It's nice to see a new team rising.
This might have been discussed a lot here, but it's just ridiculous seen the difference between Polls B and D.
-
Impressive game from Brazil, just OUSTANDING.
The digging was amazing. I guess the training against japonese teams really paid of.
They made USA look like a mediocre team. GO BRAZIL!
-
Brazil NT as usual, always claim it is touched or its in
And they are right in their complains (almost) every time.
