I'm not following the tournament very closely but all these results are just crazy
IMO this tournament shows even more than women's tournament how mad and flowed this formula is. Basically every match is like a final, one bad match and you can be eliminated. That's not what a World Championship should be like
Group stage is not bad, the only problem is that host is seeded as #1 and elimination round is not balanced.
Elimination round is a really bad system.

Game with turkiye would be hard and i believe we would win, but i am sure against Japan would not be 50/50. They never beat us when we played full roster with boskovic, they did not even take us set outside VNL.
