talented when she was 13, now she is 27, so she is not just talent any more but one of the best, for me best in the World.

Ana is one of the bests in Europe ....i wouldnt say the best in the wordl....we havent watched her on international level much yet..i like her game more than Naz's ,however, Naz has a longer international experience than her...for the best : maybe Notsara maybe no-one is best..
yeah okay, Ana was playing in Uzice for Darko Zakoc as first setter when she was 13 years old. -
Volero's roster looks nice in offensive power, but reception with Mihajlovic, Rabadzhieva, Mammadova looks horrible
Santos as receiving OP isn't a bad idea then, I suppose that Rykhliuk can't receive
with reception like that Antonijevic and Thompson will run on the court so often
Hmm, Mihajlovic is in OMSK, Rabadzhieva is in Volero, meaning good reception.
-
you can be really wrong about reception of Volero, first Ana is best setter in the World meaning that even not perfect reception she can set, and second Rabadzhieva has good reception and together with Popovic (L) I believe it will be enough, by the way you should know that Santos is not decent in passing.
Here main problem can be only injuries. For sure I see them on F4. -

Wow, Mammadova in Volero, they will be really strong next year, it will be interesting Champions league now with them as one of strongest teams.
And Omsk with Mihajlovic, great for OMSK as well!!!

I think it's a stupid provocation because Turkish teams have even stars in lower teams like Malesevic, Starovic, such players even don't want to play in top teams in Italy. Italy or Poland is looking for Malesevic, Robinson such players who play or could play in lower turkish teams 6-8 and about lower turkish teams nobody talking about because it's too loud about gigant teams like Vakifbank, Fenerbahce, Eczacibasi. Lower Turkish teams = Italian top teams.
Turkey is the best league in women and it's a shame by talking like that. Italy has a good school to teach unexperienced players and when they started shining go to Turkey immedietly.
Turkey is eldorado in women. The biggest domination. In men situation is another, more equal, despite russian oligarchs money.I agree with you, except part that Turkish league is dominant over Russian league, I will tell they are even.

not strange, same person who work tight to Volero was working with Rabita, looks like Rabita copy/paste Volero's ideas!
-
and Ognjenovic is playing MB?
-
seems gamova is a nationalist player ..though this is a club champ, she cannt fall apart with her lovely flag....

Please, why such comment, Vakifbank had as well Turkish flag on 2013 edition, don't see anything wrong in be proud to your countrie of origin!

Nancy Carillo acording to sb-community one more year in OMSK.
-
Ok, good or bad is about context...
In my opnion, among all Italian coaches, he is the worst...
I remember his time in Turkey, Azerrail...big failure

I think that Sbano is worst, generally speaking there is not a lot good coaches world wide, and great ones are really maybe couple. -
Mihajlovic about transfer rumors:
"I still didnt talk to anyone about it. I really like Rio de Janeiro, and I think it would be good for my career to stay in Brazil a while more, but at this moment my only though is in the decision against SESI."
what are rumors for her? -
Jo12.11, why are you sensitive about Cannes. I don't have any bad intentions. I've already said that I respect to these both teams but to be honest it is waste of potenetial to play in such a weak leagues for top players such as Rasiç and Antonijeviç. For Grothues, Bokan or Yaneva, it might be OK to play a few hard match in a season but for young and talented players, they need to move on next level to prove themselves.
That's my two coins, don't be so touchy please

don't have feelings for your writing or your intentions

Rasic and Antonijevic are not talented player any more, they are well proven in world of Volleyball, as i mentioned before one of the best in the World, they were talented long time ago.
To make things clear, lets look like this: in Turkey you have 4 teams with big budget, although it seams that GS will not be on that budget for next season, but any way, this 4 teams will play between each other two times per year in regular season that will bring to each team 6 matches on higher level in regular season, plus lets say 6 in cup and play offs that is 12. Volero will have 3 or4 high level matches each season in Bazel plus 3 on club World championship, dont think that this 6 matches makes difference. Difference is that Vakifbank has continuity with coach and players, as you can see Cannes has that as well, base of team is not changed for couple years and you could see them on F4 last season and almost this season, if Volero buy Antonijevic (as somebody mentioned that she will go to Volero) and leave players from this season plus some new addition and stay together for couple seasons we can see Volero wining champions league.
Other teams in Turkish competition are not worth mentioning, just average European teams.
You have clear example of Rabita that confirm what I'm saying, they are already 3 times on F4 and never won, there is no continuity in Rabita policy, they had great team first time on F4 Mammadova, Glass, Tocko etc..and were second, next season there was Osmokrovic Mammadova etc...if they left this two players with addition of one great player who can help team in passing on position 2. they could be already CL champions. Unfortunately they think that money can buy everything but in sports that is not way to do it. That is way ECZ is not able to win as well CL.
So, to sum my book here
each league can have great team and players can improve in that team for example Volero and Cannes if that teams has enough strong matches per year playing CL and having decent budget.P.S. its two cents not two coins

-
Serdar said is not adding to a player much. I don't see the problem.. playing for Volero and playing for example Vakifbank is certainly much different. Look at Bokan, last year she was a monster in her club in Cannes she was nothing special considering the much higher demands.

you serious? what are you trying to prove?Bokan will not play better in Vakifbank than she was playing in Cannes, yes Turkish league is stronger than French or Swiss, but trying to say that players can reach high level only in Turkish league or Russian is nonsense.
Players can achieve high level in Volero or Cannes, simple reason is because this teams are playing a lot high level matches during each season in CL, international tournaments (Bazel) or friendly matches.
-
Nobody said Turkey here. Would you deny that Turkish league is better and much more demanding that French? Not only Turkey, Russia, Italy, Azerbaijan.. however nobody here also said Cannes is not a top club. We all agree on that.. Rasic and Antonijevic must love ot there, BUT we are all saying we woud like to see them in better leagues since as you said they are one of the best on their positions.
I have no clue why are you always having some kind of misunderstanding with someone here

how about you read post 531 from Serdar, I will quote for you :QuotePlaying for Volero or Cannes is not adding much to a player although I really respect to both of these clubs
think you misunderstood something here

-
that's strange, Rasic and Antonijevic (probably one of best players in the World on their position/s) are playing in Cannes last 3-5 season, probably Cannes is in Turkey!
-
why they change Spencer? He did good job this season!
-
I thought that Fabiana has contract with Sesi?!
-
So who is on Brakocevic's level?
Another case of Euro bias. Vakifbank has done well so she gets a lot of press and a lot of hype. She did NOTHING special in Japan or China were she was relied on to be a big-time opposite but it was shown that she is not a Montano or Hooker type of player who can be relied upon to score points. I don't mean to demean her abilities but one CL does not make her the best OPP in the world. There are many players that could fit into Vakifbank's system and be successful.
not a lot players are on her level, but on other side I never said she is best OPP, best are Gamova and Hooker, than there is gap between this two and next ones, Jovana is somewhere there but not best for sure.
Carillo is great option, not sure if she is free! -
Well I don't think we are.. She was only an example of a player who can replace Brakocevic.. I was talking about the similar kind of player who will cost them less.. Not so fast attacker, very good blocker, strong jump server.. I even think Nicole is a better defender.. not sure though.. Of course there are other OPPs out there, they could sign with plenty of players.. Kozuch, Manon, Skowronska, Hooker, Calderon and so on... but will they be able to replace Jovana not only in terms of points scoring, but in terms of what Vakifbank's vision as a team is..
Kozuch is not same level, not near, Manon as well, Skowronska is near but again not same level with Brakocevic, Calderon is OH with out reception not OPP, so no need to compare. Hooker is higher level, question is if she will accept money they were paying Jovana and if Giovani is ready to have her in the team.
Fawcette is not level of Brakocevic and is funny to compare this two.
